 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Youradmissiontotheexaminationisstrictlyprovisional.Themerefactthatthecallletterhasbeenissuedtoyoudoesnotimply
thatyourcandidaturehasbeenacceptedbytheBankorthattheentriesmadebyyouinyouronlineapplicationforexaminationhave
beenacceptedbytheBankastrueandcorrect.YoumaypleasenotethattheBankwilltakeuptheverificationofeligibilityconditionsi.e.
age, educational qualifications, experience and status (i.e. Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Class/Physically
Challengedetc.)withreferencetooriginaldocumentsonlyatthetimeofinterviewofcandidateswhoarequalifiedintheexaminationon
the basis of the marks obtained by them. You may therefore, please note that if at any stage, it is found that you do not satisfy the
eligibilitycriteriaasgivenintheBanksadvertisement,ortheinformationfurnishedbyyouintheapplicationisincorrect,yourcandidature
isliabletobecancelledforthwith,withsuchfurtheractionastheBankwouldliketotake.
2. Youshouldascertainexactlocationofthevenuewellinadvanceofthedateofexamination.
3. The candidates must reach the venue of examination by the time mentioned above. Please note that the candidate
reporting30minutesafterthereportingtimewillnotbeallowedintheexaminationhallnorshallacandidatebepermitted
toleavetheexaminationhalltillthetimeforthetestisoverandthetestadministratorhasgivenpermissiontoleave.The
test will begin after completion of the formalities like checking of attendance, obtaining signature on the call letter and
collectionofcalllettersalongwithphotoidentityproofetc.TheBankwillnotberesponsibleforanydelayordisruptionin
transport.
4. The candidates must bring the call letter alongwith the photo identity proof (such as Passport/PAN Card/Driving License/Voters
Card/BankPassbookwithdulyattestedphotograph/IdentityCardissuedbyCollegeorInstitute/IdentityCardissuedbyGazettedOfficer
intheofficialletterheadinoriginal/UniqueIdentificationCard(Aadhar)inoriginalaswellasaphotocopy.Pleasenotethatyourname
as appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as
appearingonthephotoidentityproof.Femalecandidateswhohavechangedfirst/last/middlenamepostmarriagemust
takespecialnoteofthis.IfthereisanymismatchbetweenthenameindicatedintheCallLetterandPhotoIdentityProof
youwillnotbeallowedtoappearfortheexam.Thephotocopyofphotoidentityproofshouldbesubmittedalongwiththe
callletter,totheinvigilatorsintheexaminationhallfailingwhichhe/shewillnotbepermittedtoappearforthetest.
Thecandidateshouldalsobringstationerysuchaspencils,eraserandaballpointpenwithhim/hertotheexaminationhall.
5. Please note that if you adopt any unfair means or malpractice or commit any misconduct while appearing for the examination, your
candidatureisliabletobesummarilycancelledmoreoveryoumaybeliabletopenalaction.TheBankwouldbeanalyzingtheresponses
of a candidate with other appeared candidates to detect patterns of similarity. On the basis of such an analysis, if it is found that the
responseshavebeensharedandscoresobtainedarenotgenuine/valid,theBankreservestherighttocancelhis/hercandidature.
6. Followingitemsarenotallowedinsidetheexaminationcentre:
Anystationaryitemliketextualmaterial(printedorwritten),bitsofpapers,Geometry/PencilBox,PlasticPouch,Calculator,Scale,Writing
Pad,PenDrives,LogTable,ElectronicPen/Scanner,AnycommunicationdevicelikeMobilePhone,Bluetooth,Earphones,Microphone,
Pager, Health Band etc. Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hairpin, Hairband, Belt, Cap, Any watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, Any
metallic item, Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle, Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding
communicationdeviceslikecamera,bluetoothdevicesetc.
AllornamentslikeRing,Earrings,Nosepin,Chain/Necklace,Pendants,Badge,broochetc.shouldbethoroughlychecked.
7. Followingdresscodehasbeenadvisedtothecandidates
Candidatesarewearinglightclothswhichcannotbeusedforhidinganyinstrumentsorcommunicationdevices.
Candidatesareadvisedtowearhalfsleevesbutnothavingbigbuttonsoranybadge,broochesetc.whichcouldbe
usedtohidethecommunicationdevice,bluetooth,camera,etc.
Candidatesarewearingslippers,sandalsandnottheshoes.
However, candidates coming in customary/ religious dresses should report at the centre at least 10 minute prior to reporting time for
properfrisking.
8. Youshouldstrictlycomplywiththedirectionsgiventoyoubythetestadministrator/invigilator.Ifanycandidateisfounddisregardingthese
directionshe/shewillbeliabletobedebarredfromthetest.
9. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, cell phones etc. is not permitted in this examination. Cell Phones, pagers,
calculatorsoranysuchdevicesarenotallowedinsidethepremisesoftheexamination.Candidatesareadvisedintheir
own interest not to bring any of the banned items including cell phones to the examination venue, as arrangement for
theirsafekeepingcannotbeassured.Anycandidatefoundresortingtoanyunfairmeansincludinggiving/receivinghelp
to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. (The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other
candidateisabletocopyfromhis/heranswers).
10. Anyonefoundtobedisclosing,publishingreproducing,transmitting,storingorfacilitatingtransmissionandstorageoftestcontentsinany
formoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalorwritten,electronicormechanicalortakingawaythe
paperssuppliedintheexaminationhallorfoundtobeinunauthoirsedpossessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.

12. Thecandidatewillhavetoaffixhis/hersignatureandleftthumbimpression,inthespaceprovided,inthepresenceoftheInvigilator.
13. Please note that a candidate is allowed to appear only once for the examination. Multiple appearances will result in
cancellationofcandidature. In case more than one call letter has been generated, candidates are advised to appear for
onlyagainstthelastsuccessfulregistrationonthedateandatthetimementionedontherespectivecallletter.Allother
calllettersaretobesurrendered.
