With reference to the above project we are pleased to inJorm you dlat we have identified a
supplier for HDPE SIB blocks in Korea. When we negotiate with suPplier to get an olIer,
they stickily informed that they wiil give guarantee for the goods, only insPection have to
be done by them at the installation time. Therefore the supplier has confirmed that their
offer should be including the inspection cost as u,ell. (Supervision cost aPproximately
12,000.00 usD)

Supplier instructed that when installing the Blocks, floor sllould be prepared as Per their
manual (aitached) and proper leve1 to be considered.

Since we don't have experience for this type work in the past, \ 'e seek your guidance ancl
suggestions for the above.

Your early response & kild cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated to enable us lo
proceed the purchase order for HDPE SIB blocks without delay.
