Thank you for your keen interest on Cruise Tasik Putrajaya. We are pleased to organize and
quote you for the following event:
VIP In Attendance
Please advise on your VIP list attending the event for our reference and necessary arrangement.
Cruise booking
Please be advised that the Cruise will only be blocked upon confirmation and deposit received from your end.
Cut-off date
Please be informed that the confirmation of the event should be not later than 17th March 2017 before or at
CTP2017-03-391- KOR KADET POLIS-EBSS- YN4WN
03.00pm. In the event that we receive a booking requesting the same space on a definite basis, we will extend
an option for you to confirm the booking in approximately 2 working days.
Damage
If there is any damage found on the cruise boat and facilities during functions the management has the right to
charge accordingly.
Deposit / Payment
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the function and arrangement. The balance of payment to be
paid by seven working days before the event day. Any other miscellaneous charges incurred will be settled
upon completion of the function either by cash or credit card. Payment to be made by Cheque or bank-in to :
Cancellation
The deposit paid will be refundable upon receiving written cancellations by client, seven days before the event
date. The payment will be forfeited for cancellation made in less than seven working days from event date.
