INSTRUCTIONS: The SuperBody Playsheet is intended as the second in a 3-step process
for the Radiance Workout. STEP ONE: Watch the 3 Radiance video modules while following
along to complete the playsheets. STEP TWO: Complete tall nine of the other Radical Radiance
challenges. STEP THREE: Enjoy the Radiance Workouts and Workins at least 3 days per week
for a 21- to 60-day period.

Please make sure you allot 30 minutes of uninterrupted, contemplative time for completion of these
playsheets. The deeper you go, the greater your transformational shifts!

2 A. The first step in slaying your limiting beliefs is to identify them. Use this space and/
or a separate piece of paper to list the limiting beliefs and negative mental programs that
disrupt your peace. Give yourself time to go deep, unearthing each offending thought.
As you record the list, leave two lines of space after each, and write a present-tense coun-
ter mantra. For example, LIMITING BELIEF: I never make enough money. COUNTER

3 Gratitude is a powerful form of magic that when applied unceasingly in the way of
