With reference to above, we have received additional allocation to supply Class K CTRB from
Rly board against contract No- 2016/RS(I)/874/68/1801 Dated 08-06-2016.

You are kindly requested to arrange for inspection of 1344 nos. of Class- K bearing as per
allocation to M/s Burn Standard & Co. Ltd / Howrah from CMM/BI. Please find enclosed copy of
allotment letters.

We request to your good office to depute someone for inspection at our SKF Ahmedabad Plant
on 24th of April 2017
