Program Philosophy:
The NAVEL Academy of Digital Arts (ADA) is a learning institution for the arts.

It offers world-class Art, Digital Art and Information & Communications

Technologies Education delivered through courses designed and developed by masters
of the arts.
Art Education Mentors provide personalized instruction & student supervision.
Mentors from industry work concurrently as Creative or Art Directors in their
respective design firms. Mentors from academe are freelance artists and graphic
designers whose main pre-occupation are as professor in Fine Arts Degree programs
in select universities.

NAVEL-ADA facilities consist of the Digital Art Place equipped with the latest
computer hardware & software, 24/7 high-speed internet access and student artist

Program Description:
NAVEL was established in July 2001 from the vision of experienced professionals in
the graphics & animation, computer, education and communications industries. Their
combined expertise account for more than 200 man years of information and
communications technologies experience in graphics design & animation, computer
education, advertising & promotions and systems development.

NAVEL is composed of three distinct functional groups.

The NAVEL Academy of Digital Arts (ADA) is a TESDA-registered training and

competence center offering Certificate Programs in Graphic Design, Media Arts &
Animation, Multimedia & Web Design and Advertising Art. With permission from the
Department of Education, NAVEL-ADA also conducts workshops, seminars and short
courses in drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, kinetic art and other art-
related topics for pre-school, grade school, high school and young professionals.

NAVEL Productions is a division of NAVEL handling animation, computer graphics,

interactive learning and audio-visual productions, offering a full scope of
services and meeting the needs of individuals and businesses who want high quality
and high impact visuals in their communications materials.

NAVEL Management Systems, or NAVELmsi offers consultancy services in marketing,

communications and systems development and management.
