funds against allotment inPublic Issue / allotment in Right Issue /
allotment of bonus Issue or acquired from market.

7. I hereby affirm that, I shall not hold the company anyway responsible
for any consequences that might occur directly or indirectly on account
of the company on acting on our request herein stated by replacing the
signature in the records of the company and for the consequential acts/
deeds by the Company.

8. I hereby further affirm that the Transfer deeds for sale of securities /
Dematerialisation Request / Request for issue of Duplicate shares
bearing my signature as appended herein below can be taken as validly
executed by me for all purposes and intentsof transferring /
dematerialising the securities held by me under the folio as stated in
para I above.

9. This Affidavit is executed in favour of MRF Limited on my own volition

and is in the form as required by the company forwarded to me vide its
letter no 071/SH/DM/CDS01069dated 20/07/2017.
