Guidelines for preparing your Resume

Dear Associate, Please find below set of guidelines / instructions for helping you to
prepare your resume. Kindly follow them and help us to serve you better.

All words in red are instructions for preparation of the resume and all words in black is the
part of the sample. Once the CV is prepared please delete the fonts in red.

As your resume reflects, your overall expertise, strength and accomplishments, it also
exhibits the organizations image and strength, in lieu of the same please prepare resume in
the specified format. This resume will therefore refer to you in the third-person context.

The resume must consist of the following mandatory headings Summary, Competencies
Experience Summary, and Personal Accomplishments. Use the same font and size as it is
represented in this explanatory note. This is a corporate format and cannot be customised by
each member personally. (Font Arial, Size 10, Style Regular)

Once you are through with the resume, please delete the instructions in red. These
instructions are only to guide and help you, so remove them after completion of your resume.

Save the file as ID#.doc (for e.g. 31234.doc)

Additional Instructions

Please do a spell check without fail.

Do not use short forms (e.g.) envt. for environment, avoid words like involved - instead
use words like responsible or played an active role, avoid repetition of descriptions
under different projects, avoid ambiguity, be genuine and truthful about the projects.
Please keep in mind that you need to update your resume proactively as and when you
complete a project or you undergo a training program. (The stipulated frequency is Bi
