The Smithsonian Institution is planning an online instructional unit on Leaders, Laws and events of the
American Civil Rights Movement 1865-1965. You have been asked to prepare a slideshow on one topic.
Each group of 2 or 3 students will select one leader, law or event and discuss its significance to the
movement. The presentation should include 5 slides accompanied by at least 4 points of information.
