seguidos sobre ALIMENTOS, contra
RODRIGUEZ ESPINOLA NARCISO
RAMIRO, a usted digo:

Seor juez, pido se tenga en cuenta la presente propuesta de liquidacin,

ya que el demandado irresponsablemente sigue incumpliendo sus
obligaciones alimentarias, colocando en peligro la subsistencia de los
alimentistas. Debindose notificar al demandado para que cumpla con
pagar la liquidacin de pensiones devengadas la cual hace un total de
S/. 8,940.40 (Ocho mil novecientos cuarenta nuevos soles y cuarenta
cntimos).

Por lo que solicito se practique la liquidacin que corresponda con sus

respectivos intereses respecto a las pensiones devengadas, de
conformidad con la legislacin vigente, debiendo remitirse los autos a la
Oficina de Pericias Contables.

Por Tanto:

Srvase seor Juez proveer el presente escrito conforme a Ley.
