HSSE (health, safety, security and environment) commitment

I have read and understand the following rules about health, safety, security and environmental management
regulations, to ensure the realization of the annual HSSE management objectives, I made the following
commitments:
1. It is strictly prohibited to go outside without obtaining owner security confirmation.
2. Non single person & point operations Strictly prohibited for trainee to perform any operation without
proper supervision.
3. It is strictly prohibited to go outside without security escort and must follow DPOC security Protocol and
procedural requirements;
4. It is strictly prohibited to travel long distance without relevant approval;
5. It is strictly prohibited to go out without carrying effective communication tools; during outside stay must
keep in touch with the line supervisor or the responsible person, the time interval between
communication must not exceed more than 2 hours;
6. It is strictly prohibited to go out without holding valid personnel documents, Must have emergency
contact numbers.
7. It is prohibited without approval or without permission to leave jobsite and camp;
8. It is forbidden to go outside camp after duty hours.
9. Must participate in all HSSE trainings, gain relevant HSSE knowledge and basic skills, and comply with the
HSSE regulations;
10. Must learn emergency plan basic requirements, follow the emergency plan instruction related to
personal requirements;
11. If found the abnormal situation timely report to the security line supervisor or directly to site HSSE
personnel;
12. Respect the traditional custom and feelings, must treat with respect to local employees and not to fight
with them,
13. During to the work discussion, must avoid of any discussion about political, religious, ethnic, tribal and
other sensitive issues and evaluation, no any vulgar, offensive language or behavior;
14. It is prohibited to take pictures of any sensitive locations including worksite facilitates, outside the camp
or residence. Taking photo is strictly prohibited without the approval;
15. According to regulations of the company every person must be medically fit.
16. Never hide illness history; if sick gets timely medical treatment, not to take illegal drugs; if found himself
may have infectious diseases, self-conscious isolation, do not infect others;
17. Report if any person in your surrounding found with any serious illness or patients may have infectious
disease:
18. Protect yourself from electricity hazards, timely ask for repair and report electrical faults.
19. Drinking alcohol and taking a variety of illegal drugs is prohibited in any place and locals privately traded
20. It is prohibited to kill, capture, buy and eat protected wild animals;
21. To protect yourself from bees, mosquitos, snakes by wearing proper PPEs and take effective measures.
Specially be careful snake biting hazards at night time.
22. Keep your work place and camp and rooms clean and tidy condition.
23. Protect the environment, follow waste disposal procedures, not secretly dispose construction waste of
site, waste handling as per owner guidelines.
