number of the branch manager. It is advisable to have at least be a credit balance of Rs. 1 lac to 1.5 lac in your
account.

You can attach Company's bank statement holding minimum prescribed balance along with the Covering Letter on
company letter head mentioning that all the Expenses pertaining to this Trip shall be borne by the Company and an
undertaking that he/she will return India after the conference.

? Copy of any other documents duly notarized such as Property valuation, Fixed deposits, Mutual Funds bonds, credit
card copy or any other documents which shows your sound financial background.
? If you are a Government employee, permission from competent authority.
