Probiotics are live bacteria given to treat and prevent diseases. Many medical experts
believe that healthy bacteria (probiotics) improve the bodys over- all balance of good
microorganism, it also helps boost general health. Probiotics are the bacteria that line
your digestive tract and support your bodys ability to absorb nutrients and fight
infection.
