Preface
Let me start with my own story. Way back in the year 2000, I met a Muslim guy who was
an army deserter. He claimed that he was in the Indian army for more than 10 years.
He hailed from a poor family and claimed that life of the Jawans was not just harsh but
also complained about the primitive living conditions and extremely poor quality of food.
I found his stories almost unbelievable and was skeptical about it.
He claimed that he was given Imli instead of soap for washing himself.
They would often steal goats belonging to herders, because of hunger and need for food
and protein in remote outposts.
The problem is common in all armed forces, young Jawans are kept in deplorable
conditions, with sky as roof and balcony to sleep, after working for 20 hours instead of 8
hours.
Around the same time I met a Kashmiri Guy, who claimed that he used to buy one litre of
petrol, for Rs 5 and rations that were smuggled from Military Canteen. They would buy
everything at throw away prices.
Way back in 2014, I met a soldier from CRPF, he complained the ill-treatment they
received from their Senior Officers in the CRPF. Rations meant for Jawans is routinely
sold off, by Senior Officers into the open market. This is very open secret within the armed
forces.
Jawans working for BSF, CRPF, CISF and other armed forces are kept in deplorable
living conditions, with poor quality food and poor quality life. They dont get leave and
allowed to meet their family members. Worst part of the story is that they are abused and
ill-treated by their senior officers.
Have you heard of stories of BSF/ CISF / CRPF / Army Jawans committing suicide..?
Have you heard of stories of BSF/ CISF / CRPF / Army Jawans shooting down their
Senior Officers ..?
This is because they are kept in deplorable living conditions by corrupt Union Ministry
of Defence, given poor quality of food and ill treated by Senior Officers, who are known
to be corrupt. Unable to take it anymore Jawans go beserk.
Many Jawans are desperate for leave because they often suffer from depression, due to
constant ill treatment by Senior Officers, who are known to be corrupt. The only way they
can get back their sanity is to go on leave, and meet their family members.
You will never read such stories in Rothschild controlled The Times of India or other
Indian news media. I have held belief that all British Era Newspapers starting with The
Times of India must be closed down. These newspapers are a part of World Wide
Jewish Media Network and are controlled by Rothschild.
All British Era Newspapers are run by Marwari Business Houses, who were once
Opium Drug Runners for British East India Company. These newspapers are controlled
by Rothschilds. The Black money of these Marwari Business Houses, is lying in foreign
Banks owned by Rothschilds. All corrupt political leaders in India have Rothschild
connections, as their black money is lying foreign banks owned by Rothschilds.
Senior Leaders of RSS, VHP & Hindu Mahasabha are Agents of Rothschilds.
These ..Naqli Hindutva Organizations were set up by Rothschilds to ruin Hindu
culture, defeat and derail Hindu Nationalism.
All British Era Newspapers starting with The Times of India will speak for rights of
homosexuals, transgenders, transvestites, and other fringe elements in Indian society, but
they wont speak for Army Jawans. All British Era Newspapers are Anti Hindu.
All British Era Newspapers starting with The Times of India must be closed down.
You have to look at the way, The Times of India ridiculed the army Jawans
complaining about the quality of food and poor living conditions. These Marwari
Business Houses, who run these newspapers dont care about India or Indian People and
take orders from Rothschilds.

BSF jawan who griped about food asks for CBI probe
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New Delhi: As pressure mounted on Tej Bahadur Yadav over his video post criticizing
living conditions for soldiers at the border, the BSF Jawan remained defiant, claiming he
had surpassed legendary revolutionary Bhagat Singh in exposing corruption in the forces.
Jo bomti Bhagat Singh ne nahi phoda... Woh maine phod diyaf Aur ab main peechchhe
nahi hatunga
(I have done what Bhagat Singh didnt. Now I wont back down),
Yadav said in a 2.15 minute audioclip on Tuesday
If this benefits thousands of others (Jawans), then I wont back down Its not a big deal if
somebody gets something from my sacrifice, Yadav said, referring to the disciplinary
action he might have to face after his Facebook post went viral across social media.
In the audio clip, uploaded by a news organisation on its website, Tej Bahadur said he has
no faith in a BSF inquiry and said his allegations should be investigated by CBI or TOI
could not independently verify the authenticity of the clip.
I have learnt that 60 to 70 Lakhs people have watched my video on Facebook. It has
happened for the first time. India is waking up for sure, Yadav said. BSF officials said
they were not aware of the new audio.

Patna: Even as Jawans of paramilitary forces express dissatisfaction online over poor
living conditions, a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Jawan on Thursday gunned
down four of his seniors in a fit of rage outside their barracks on the premises of the
Nabinagar Power Generation Company in Aurangabad district of Bihar, 150 km from
Patna. He had apparently been denied leave. Reports reaching the CISF state headquarters
here said that the trouble began around l2.30pm when constable.
Balvir Singh returned to the barracks after lunch. He picked up his INSAS rifle and fired
indiscriminately at personnel who had come to get their weapons issued before going on
shift duty Balvir fired 32 rounds before being overpowered by a former SPG member;
Rajesh Kumar
To all Indians
Balbir Singh, the CISF Jawan who shot dead four fellow soldiers, was being treated for
psychiatric problems at Max (Patparganj), according to sources in the hospital. Before that,
he had been treated at a Jharkhand hospital. He had anger issues, said sources privy to
his medical condition. According to Balbir Singhs kin, his condition was so severe that
during an angry outburst sometime in 2011 in Bokaro his second posting with the CISF-
he nearly killed the driver he was travelling with.
He suddenly held the drivers neck and it was impossible to free the poor man,who
nearly suffocated to death, a relative said.
..Sher Singh, Balbirs elder brother who was travelling with him, had to bite his siblings
ear to force him to let go..
Then in 2013, he hit his wife with his service rifle, splitting open ner head. Balbir had
joined the CISF in 2008. His mother Saroj Devi said problems started soon after; perhaps
in 2010. All that the CISF seems to have done is get Balbir to go through a yoga course
(in Rajasthan nom Nov 10 to Dec 31), one of several measures introduced to relieve stress
in soldiers, which many attribute to long periods of separation from families, posting in
hostile areas and hard living and working conditions.

A civil contractor added, We get petrol from BSF officers in charge of provisions at
Humhama camp at half the market rate... Other items, like rice and spices, are also
available much cheaper A furniture dealer who requested anonymity said the purchasing
officers, while placing orders for elegant furniture for their offices, take a commission that
is more than what we earn.
The dealer added, There is no e-tendering in the BSE The officer will purchase furniture
and take a' commission and even compromise on the quality of the items. The story is the
same when it comes to some CRPF officers. CRPF IG Ravideep
Singh Sahi, who was posted to Srinagar as IG administration a month ago, said he would
look into pilfering from stores for profit, if any took place at all.
The jawan is of paramount ,importance for the force and there should no compromise on
the quality of his life when he is on duty IG Ravideep Sahi said, adding that the CRPF
had a proper mechanism for all purchases and that one could not go beyond those rules.
A CRPF jawan on law and order duty in Srinagat; however rejected the notion that the
officers treated them badly We get quality food on time, and after duty hours We are
provided proper accommodation at the concerned police stations.
The BSF has ordered an inquiry into Tej Bahadur Yadavs allegations.

After Yadavs online post, another BSF jawan has written to the home ministry about poor
living conditions, according to India Today We get only 30% of clothing items on
time...We have to work for 20 hours instead of 8 and in lieu, we get the sky as roof and
balcony to sleep, the report quoted the letter as saying.
New Delhi: Another BSF Jawan has spoken out against what he says are deplorable
service conditions at the border, according to an English news magazines website. The
Jawan, whose identity has been kept a secret, has written a nine-page letter to Union home
minister Rajnath Singh alleging inordinately long spells of duty and inadequate food and
clothing, according to India Today which said on Wednesday that it had accessed the letter
Among the more shocking complaints is his allegation that the amount allocated for food
is not spent on food but on other activities of the day, according to the news magazine.
This second salvo comes after BSF trooper Tej Bahadur Yadavs video alleging poor
quality food had gone viral a day before.
The Jawans letter spells out the problems of BSF personnel regarding food, clothing,
housing, deployment, duty hours and weapons, the news magazine reported. The
unnamed Jawan claims they are made to do 20 hours of duty when the duty rule says eight
hours.
We get only 30% of clothing items on time, the letter, a portion of which is shown in a
news clip on the website, says. It also translates another line of complaint from the Jawan
as, Only the sky as a roof and a balcony to sleep.
The letter also said that nothing is followed as per the rules of the Central Armed Police
Force, the news magazine reported.

Chandigarh: The wife of the BSF Jawan whose video about poor quality food served to
paramilitary personnel hit the headlines spoke out in defence of her husband on
Wednesday If my husband was mentally unstable or indisciplined, why was he given a
rifle by the BSF to guard the countrys border in crucial areas?" asked Sharmila Yadav
wife of Taj Bahadur Yadav
My husband's problem is that he is in the habit of not tolerating injustice, for which he has
suffered during his service tenure, Sharmila Yadav wife of Tej Bahadur Yadav told THE
TIMES OF INDIA on Wednesday.
Around 90 Lakh people have watched the video and around 4.4 lakhs have shared it on
social media sites in three days.
MHA has ordered a probe into his claims, but BSF IG DK Upadhyaya had asserted on
Tuesday that Yadav had in the past been accused of insubordination and intoxication and
had faced a court martial.
Talking to THE TIMES OF INDIA - over phone Hom Rewari in Haryana, Sharmila
claimed her husband had Won a gold medal after completing his training before being
inducted into the BSE She also claims to be in possession of 14 awards given to him by
BSF authorities in his 20-year career
Sharmila alleged that her husband had been punished in the past by the BSF for speaking
the truth. BSF is a disciplined force and in the armed forces even a small mistake is
intolerable. if he had such a bad record, why was he retained she asked. Sharmila, who
lives with her 17-yearfold son, Rohit, said her husband wanted to continue for another five
years in the BSE but officers compelled him to take voluntary retirement after completing
20 years of service on January 31.
His VRS application has been approved. My husband had discussed with me many times
the poor quality of food served to them but was stunned when he posted the video. I told
him that he may be in trouble. She said many people had questioned
the authenticity of the video and the social media account.
Since I know Tejs Facebook password, I logged in to clarify that it was genuine account
and post.
Tej is the youngest of five brothers. One of his brothers is also a BSF jawan and another
serves in the Gujarat police. Sharmila works in a private company.
Son Rohit recently completed his Class XII exam and is preparing for engineering
entrance exams.

New Delhi: A day after PMO asked home Ministry to submit a report on BSF Jawan Tej
Bahadur Yadavs allegations of bad quality food being served to Jawans at the border. The
MHA informed the top government office that it has found no substance in the allegations.
In its report to PMO, MHA has said that there was no widespread discontent in
constabulary over food, said sources. The Rajnath Singh-led ministry has conveyed to the
PMO that there was no shortage of rations at any post in paramilitary forces and quality
check is being conducted regularly
A video by Constable Yadav complaining about the quality of food had gone viral,
triggering a flurry of reactions. The border guarding force came out with fresh guidelines
for maintaining high quality of food for its personnel.
To all Indians
The paramilitary force countered Yadavs' charges, with BSFs Jammu IG D K Upadhyaya
claiming, He has many complaints against him, including intoxication, insubordination,
aiming a Machine gun at a senior officer: He was court-martialed in 2010. But keeping in
view his family and his children, he was not dismissed from service but given rigorous
imprisonment of 89 days.
Upadhyaya said Yadav had applied for voluntary retirement and was to leave the force on
January, 31. Regarding the allegations levelled by Yadav the IG said the quality of food
was the same for the officers and Jawans deployed on forward
posts, The BSF itself purchases rations for its force deployed on the international border
but for those deployed on the line of control, the rations are supplied by the Army and
nobody has ever complained about the quality of the food either on
LoC or the IB, the IG said.
He said that as winter stocking began from January 1, the Jawans did not get fresh
vegetables as the force relied mostly on tinned food. That too is a time-tested method, he
said, adding-that a thorough probe would be conducted into Yadavs claims as also his
possessing a mobile phone at a forward post.
The IG said that to ensure that an impartial inquiry was conducted, Yadav had been shifted
from his headquarters. He has been shifted to another headquarters to ensure that an
impartial inquiry is conducted and that he 'does not complain of
being pressurized(sic).
