Gandhis men.

Former Indian prime Minister A.B Vajpayee appointed Brijesh Mishra as his Principal secretary, after
he was recommended by RSS. Brajesh Mishra was the all powerful , Principal Secretary to the Prime
Ministers Office ( PMO ), when Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the prime Minister of India. He was also the
National security Advisor ( NSA ).

He made it LEGALLY possible to bring BLACK MONEY into India , by setting up SHELL Companies
in Mauritius and Singapore. He sowed seeds for numerous future scams , which was finally harvested
by Sonia Gandhi and her gang of 40 thieves ( UPA Government ). Brajesh Mishra was appointed to the
PMO by the Senior RSS Leaders.
When Atal Bihari Vajpayee government was in power it was he along with N.K Singh , who
formulated a New Exploration Licensing Policy (NELP) allowing private players to enter the fray. A
lame excuse given by Atal Bihari Vajpayees NDA Government was the Indian government lacks
capital for rapid expansion in exploration and production of petroleum resources of the nation.
Allowing private Private Companies to own Oil And Natural Gas Reserves in India is itself Illegal.

In the first round itself Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) bagged the contract for exploring deep water
D6 block of the Krishna Godavari river basin in Andhra Pradesh constituting an area of 7,645 square
kilometres. A Hydrocarbon Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) was signed in April 2000 between the
government and RIL and its minor (10 percent) partner, NIKO Resources Ltd (a Canadian corporation),
for exploration and production of gas/oil. This was the beginning of KG Scam.

What is KG Scam?
KG Basin contains one of the Biggest Natural Gas Reserves in India in 2002 , which spreads across
more than 50,000 Square Kilometers in the Krishna River and Godavari River Basins in Andhra
Pradesh. The site is known for the D-6 block. Other blocks offered to Reliance Industries - 20 trillion
cubic feet (5.71011 m3) of gas at D-3 and D-9 blocks on in May 2011 ( 50 Km off the coast of
Kakinada) . Reliance's Gas Reserves are expected to feed the Gas-Starved India for almost a century.

KG Scam is MULT- TRILLION DOLLAR SCAM orchestrated by UPA

Government under Congress President Sonia Gandhi.
It was she , who appointed Murli Deora Mukesh Ambanis Agent , as Union Minister for Petroleum
and Natural Gas. Prime minister of India Manmohan Singh has been accused of changing ministerial
portfolios at the behest of the Reliance group. The Comptroller and Auditor General of India has
alleged, among other things, that the contract between the government and Reliance Industries Limited
is deeply flawed, thereby encouraging excessive capital expenditure and lowering potential benefits to
the exchequer.

Hydrocarbon Production Sharing Contract (PSC) put forth by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas
(MoPNG) is inherently a very Complex , quite Vague , Confusing and FAULTY Contract , which
involves sharing Production and Profit ( another Private Public Partnership BU!!SH!T
formulated by men like Brajesh Mishra & N.K Singh ) that would make BILLIONAIRES into
TRILLIONAIRES. Another reason is , the Government wants to ensure that common people dont
understand what KG D6 Basin Scam is all about..!!

As per the contract , in the initial phase Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) will share OIL and GAS +
Profits with Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) , finally after crossing three different
phases ( by 2008 ) - Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) will ENTIRE relinquish KG Basin Scam to
ONGC.

In connivance of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) and Directorate General of
Hydrocarbons (DGH) , Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) HIJACKED entire KG Basin. This
happened around 2009.
The excuse given by Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) is that they have not yet recovered their
investments.

Before Reliance came into the picture , ONGC used to sell Gas to NTPC and Indian government at a
price of US $ 1.2 per Mmbtu. Even todate it sells Gas to the Indian Government at US $ 1.2 per
Mmbtu.
but Reliance Industries Ltd ( Mukesh Ambani Group ) sell Gas to Government of India at US $ 4.2 per
Mmbtu ( Rs 275 per Mmbtu ) making Windfall Gains. This was made possible when Empowered group
of ministers (EGoM) led by the then Union Finance Minister, Pranab Mukherjee, who approved a rate
of $4.2 per Mmbtu for five years.

On the other hand , Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) sells Gas to neighboring Bangladesh for US $
2.2 per Mmbtu.
While RIL continued to sell and EXPORT Oil and Gas from KG Basin , it refused to share any profits
with Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) claiming massive capital investment in building
constructing and production / processing facilities and pipelines. It also claimed that Oil and Gas
reserves in the basin is only 20% of their earlier estimates , which made it commercially unviable. It's a
clear case of Gold-Plating the cost.'
Finally , it refused to sell OIL and GAS to Indian government and NTPC, unless it was paid US $14.2
per Mmbtu for KG D6 gas. Another reason , it gave for not selling OIL and Gas to Indian government
and NTPC was precipitous decline in production due to technical snags.
As a result , Power plants in various parts of the country to the capacity of nearly 20,000 MW , owned
by NTPC are lying idle without GAS. These Gas Powered Power Plants have been built with bank
guarantees of around Rs. 30,000 Crores. As a result Fertilizer was also being imported. This is a huge
loss to the nation, Oil and gas production was being suppressed for want of REVISED price ( $14.2 per
Mmbtu ).

In the meantime, in spite of lack of gas and production, Reliance has managed to offload a 30% stake in
23 hydrocarbon blocks, including D6, to British Petroleum for $7.2 billion in 2011 and the deal was
cleared by none other than a cabinet committee headed by the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
This is a windfall for Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) , but it is the loss to the people of India.
Never mind that Reliance was supposed to be only the contractor and the assets belonged to the people
of the country!
Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) has simply refused to share information beyond the accounting
books with CAG saying that it is a private entity. Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi
are believed to have 33% shares each with KG Basin ( Reliance Petroleum ). In total they have 66%
Shares meaning they have majority stake in Reliance petroleum ( KG Basin )

KG Scam & Crony Capitalism

KG Scam highlights cases of crony capitalism that allowed the Reliance group to blatantly exploit
loopholes which were consciously retained in the system to benefit it. If you research more on KG
Scam , you will see laws and policies appeared fair, rational, and reasonable, the way in which these
rules and procedures were framed and implemented by bureaucrats acting at the behest of their political
masters exposed the deep nexus between BIG BUSINESS and politics in India. KG Scam shows how a
Corporate Conglomerate, in this case the countrys largest Company, has benefited from the way
government policies are structured, it lays bare the alarming facts of a natural disaster waiting to
happen due to the ruthless exploitation of the countrys natural resources in order to swell the fortunes

Vishwanath Pratap Singhs National Front Government and later topple PV Narasimaha Rao as

building Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

once UPA government came to power , Modi Sarkar in Gujarat fully cooperated with SIT created by

Sangh Parivar were arrested and prosecuted. Gujarat Government even recommended Death Penalty for

Murali Deora Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas is an AGENT of RIL Chairman Mukesh
Ambani , according to Subramanium Swamy His son Milind Deora has around Rs 80,000 Crores in
LGT Bank , Europe.
Under Murli Deora , the Petroleum Ministry circumvented rules to allow Mukesh Ambani's Reliance
Industries Limited (PIL) to benefit at the cost of Government's own financial stake in development of K
G Basin, considered India's Largest Gas Fields.

How V K Sibal - Directorate General of Hydrocarbons HELPED Reliance

Industries Limited ( RIL )..?
V K Sibal ( or Vinod Kumar Sibal ) is related to Kapil Sibal , Minister of Human Resource
Development and Minister of Communications and Information Technology. On 7th of October, 2009,
the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH), through full-page advertisements in mainstream
Indian newspapers , stated that the capital expenditure at RILs KG-D6 field had gone up from USD $
2.47 billion to USD $ 8.8 billion due to a Three-Fold rise in plant capacity , doubling of output, 16
additional wells and a host of other facilities.

DGH significantly reducing the penalty amount for RIL for not sticking to work commitments, a
leniency that was denied to some State-Owned Oil And Gas companies. ;
DGH forcing State-Owned Oil And Gas companies to form an Alliance with RIL for Rig Sharing in an
arrangement that hugely benefited RIL. ;
DGH and Petroleum Ministry Officials favored RIL by allowing the company to arbitrarily inflate
Capital Expenditure in the KG D6 block.

How Reliance Industries Limited ( RIL ) returned the favour..?

In return , Reliance Industries Ltd ( Mukesh Ambani Group ) bought several flats in Mumbai for V K
Sibal and his family , they also incurred expenses over purchase of Consumer Durables for V.K Sibal
daughter.
A Houston-based company GX Technology (GXT) and its Indian representative Sujata
Venkatraman , showered favours on V K Sibal and his family members , there are allegations that the
entire cost incurred by Sonia Sibal, the former DGHs younger daughter, in completing a Hotel
Management course from one of the Prestigious Institutes Of Switzerland was borne by Sujata
Venkatraman of GX Technology (GXT).

Modi sought Death penalty for 27 Ode case riot convicts. The Gujarat government approached the high
court to enhance the punishment of 27 Ode case riot convicts from life imprisonment to death penalty.
A Hindu mob killed 23 Muslims, including nine children, in the Ode village of Gujarat's Anand district.

Gujarat Government under Chief Minister Narendra Modi seeks death

for Minister Maya Kodnani
Sources revealed that Gujarat Government gave the sanction to public prosecutors to file an appeal in
the Naroda Patia massacre case to demand capital punishment for Maya Kodnani , Babu Bajrangi and
nine others.
Gujarat Government gave an order to form a panel to file an appeal with Gujarat High Court in the
2002 Naroda Patia massacre case and seek capital punishment for 10 convicts, including Kodnani and
Bajrang Dal leader Babu Bajrangi , who had been sentenced to life imprisonment.
The SIT had sought the state governments nod immediately after special judge Jyotsna Yagnik had
delivered her verdicts, convicting Kodnani, Bajrangi and a host of other accused.
The special court had sentenced Kodnani to 28 years in jail for the massacre of 97 Muslims in Naroda
Patia. Babu Bajrangi was sent to jail for the rest of his life.
Gujarat Government under Chief Minister Narendra Modi pressed for enhancement of 24-year jail
terms to 30 years for 22 convicts. Narendra Modi led Gujarat Government gave sanction to public
prosecutors to file an appeal to press for enhancement of 24-year jail terms to 30 years for 22 convicts;
this was apart from seeking death sentence for the 10 convicts.This was reported by Assistant Public
Prosecutor Gaurang Vyas.

It was BJPs turn yet again to be hit by Wikileaks
cables with a US diplomat reporting that its senior
leader Arun Jaitley had remarked to him that Hindu
nationalism is an opportunistic issue for his party.
Pressed on the question of Hindutva,Jaitley argued
that Hindu nationalism will always be a talking point
for the BJP. However,he characterized this as an
opportunistic issue, a cable by Robert Blake,the
Charge at the US Embassy,to his government, had said
after a meeting with Jaitley on May 6,2005.
Jaitley, however, maintained that he had not used the
word opportunistic while Congress attacked him
saying those living in glass houses should not throw
stones at others.

The cable by Blake said,in Indias northeast,for

instance,Hindutva plays well because of public anxiety
about illegal migration of Muslims from Bangladesh.
With the recent improvement of Indo-Pak relations,he
(Jaitley) added,Hindu nationalism is now less resonant
in New Delhi,but that could change with another cross-
border terrorist attack,for instance on the Indian
Parliament, the cable,accessed by The Hindu,said.

RSS never appoints genuine and committed Junior Hindutva leaders to senior positions within BJP.

Arun Jaitley was Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, when UPA Government was in power.

with Chouhan at the Idgah here. This is not the first time that Chouhan donned a skull cap as he
had worn it on earlier occasions also.Film actor Raza Murad, who was present at the Idgah,
appreciated Chouhan's gesture of putting on a skull cap."I do not think much importance should
be given to sporting a skull cap as wearing it does not mean anything much," the actor

What British Colonial Rulers bequeathed upon us Indian people, a government that is structured to favour the
ruling elite. The oppressive and exploitative laws established by British Colonial Rulers, were part of that
government structure.

This included British Era Newspapers and British Era Criminal Justice System, that gave legitimacy to this
oppressive and exploitative government, which was a legacy of British Colonial Rule.

Many post colonial nations have dismantled this structure but India hasnt.

Corruption is a double edged sword, held by the ruling freemason politicians, it strengthens their positions, as
they come to possess enormous sums of money, upto Billions of US Dollars, while the teeming millions cant
feed themselves two meals a day. This creates enormous disparity in wealth, between powerful and influential
politicians vs. teeming millions.

Corrupt politicians simply siphon money out of the system, take it to tax havens and again bring it back to India
the form of FDI. Once again cash strapped Indian Government borrow money from World Bank ( owned &
controlled by Jewish Banking Cartel ), pushing India into debt slavery and spiraling poverty.

This is a cyclical process will keep going on and on, until and unless Indian people join together, and dismantle
this structure that feeds off the common man.

To begin with, India must close down all British Era Newspapers starting with The Times of India and The
Hindustan Times. These newspapers are owned by Marwari Families, who were once opium drug runners for
British East India Company. These Marwari Families are just benami fronts, for newspapers that are still
controlled by Rothschilds. These newspapers are fundamentally Anti Hindu and deliberately publish articles
that hurt the sentiments of Hindu community.

2. Close down British Era Criminal Justice System, since all top Judges of Supreme Court & High Court
are Freemasons. British Era Criminal Justice System is structured in a manner, that if you have money
and influence, you can buy innocense. Have you seen how easily Congress President Sonia Gandhi
and other Senior Congress Leaders got Bail, in a matter of minutes..?
3. Ban Freemasons from entering politics. India must ban Freemasonry. Many post colonial countries
have BANNED Freemasonry, including Pakistan, but India hasnt. Freemasonry was infiltrated by
Rothschild using fellow German Jew - Joseph Johann Adam Weishaupt, in 1776, to cloak the true nature
of their FUTURE evil activities - drug running, slave trading, destruction of national governments and
religious institutions. Freemasonry is banned in almost all Muslim countries.
Will The Times of India publish the names of Indian Politicians, who are freemasons, without
censoring Big names..?
The oppressive and exploitative laws established by British Colonial Rulers, are still followed in India,
because Freemasons sitting at high ranks in the govt., who are upholding those laws. These laws were
designed to oppress colonial subjects, and gave disproportionate power to the ruling elite and very little
rights to the citizens. This was all a Rothschild conspiracy.

India must also ban foreign journalists from covering news in India. This is since many foreign Media Houses

British Era Criminal Justice System has nothing to do with giving justice, but to act like a parallel

backing to political decisions. Rich, powerful and influential people can easily buy innocense in our British

could begin..? Can you as a common man get bail within minutes of entering the court, no matter how innocent
you are..?
British Era Criminal Justice System acts like a bone crushing machine for the common man. Its also a big
money making machine for sundry lawyers and judges. If you dont have money to buy your innocense, you
will rot in jail for years even for the most minor offense. Believe it or not, if you are a poor man, you will rot in
Jail for an eternity, even for the most minor offense. Every time you will go to court they will give you another
date, this cycle will keep going on and on.

Decades after India became independent, genuine and committed freedom fighters were still rotting in Jail until
1970s and all British Era Newspapers like The Times of India simply ignored them. The then ruling
Congress Party led Government ( under Prime Minister Pt Jawaharlal Nehru ) simply claimed that freedom
fighters still in Jail could not be released because of bureaucratic red tape. Many genuine and committed
freedom fighters died of tuberculosis, while they were still in Jail.

This is why I am telling that all British Era Newspapers like The Times of India must be closed down.

Finally, if Indians are truly serious about fighting corruption, close down all British Era Newspapers starting
with The Times of India. Then close down British Era Criminal Justice System.
