Narendra Modi Government is commercializing higher education, where you can get degrees just by
paying BIG MONEY. Do you think we need doctors, who got their degrees by paying BIG MONEY in
fancy medical colleges, where there is just show business..?
These doctors got their degrees without having the necessary merit to acquire the qualification, just to
start a private hospital, to make money. Do Indians know how much you have to study to become a
doctor..? Even a MBBS seat, you will have to study full time for two years just to get through the
entrance exam. But with private medical colleges ( started with black money ) by politicians, all you
need is money, no need to burn midnight oil to get the necessary knowledge.

transparent. It' also plans to make the option of surrogacy unavailable to unmarried couples and those
who already have adopted children as well as to foreigners choosing to opt for surrogates in India.

kinds of foreigners to rent the wombs of Indian women. But a poor man cannot sell his organs but can
donate it FREE, so that Corporate hospital or private hospitals can make big money. The problem is
that people who desperate need donors, but dont have the money to pay for it, cannot get any organs
because corporate hospital or private hospitals will have vice grip on organ donation business.
Surrogacy business in India is worth Rs 900 Crore and considered to be a growing industry.

India should not allow Healthcare to become a business. This has happened with growing number of
private and corporate hospitals. This happened because of black money coming into Healthcare sector
as FDI.

India should not allow Higher Education to become a BIG business. People who become MBA ( from
IIMs), or Engineers ( from IITs ) or Doctors ( from Government owned Medical Colleges ) get their
degrees, by working very hard and also having the necessary mental faculties. The Doctor, who got his
medical degrees by paying for it, is not worth anything. His degrees arent worth the paper they been
printed on, same holds true for engineers or other professionals.

To all Indians, commercial surrogacy conducted by Corporate hospitals is completely legal, allowing
foreigners to rent the womb of some Indian woman is legal but a poor man who wants to sell his organ
for Rs 50,000 or Rs 2,00,000 is illegal. This is because corporate hospitals want to control organ
donation, and turn it into a big business. And the biggest beneficiaries would be these corporate
hospitals as they would have a vice grip in organ donation business.
So Big Corporate hospitals which charge huge money just peek inside their glassed walls, would
control the organ donation business. A poor guy can donate his kidney but cannot sell it.

Narendra modi Government has amended the Transplant of Human Organ Act in 2014, which
punishes anyone buying or selling human organs, with a fine upto Rs 1 Crore and imprisonment upto
10 years. These kinds of laws have been passed to help Big Corporate hospitals make big money and
control the organ donation business. This is what you call commercialization of health care.
If a man wants to sell his kidney for money, what is the problem for the government..?
A poor woman in Gujarat, sold her kidneys in a private hospital because she was in dire need of money,
now she is behind bars. Nobody can bail her out because the amount set has been too high. She might
be in prison for more than 10 years.
But she did not swindle Banks like Liquor Baron like Vijay Mallya or is a money launderer like Moin
Qureshi ( who was allowed to escape India by Narendra Modi Government ), she merely sold her
kidneys for money, because she was poor.
The ulterior aim of amending Transplant of Human Organ Act, is to ensure that Big Corporate
hospitals make big money. People are ready to pay from Rs 9,00,000 ( Rs 9 Lakhs ) upto Rs 45,00,000 (
Rs 45 Lakhs ) for a kidney.
By deliberately creating artificial scarcity of organ donars, Big Corporate hospitals, which will
eventually have vice grip over organ donation business will make big money. The point is that there are
many people, who are poor or are in dire need of money, would be ready to sell their organs, but
nobody would like to donate their organs.
Big Corporate hospitals or private hospitals will make BIG money, when they harvest organs of dead or
dying patients. The ulterior aim of such laws is create an artificial scarcity of organ donars, which will
spike up the prices.

The biggest losers would be poor people, who cannot sell their organs if they seeks to or find hospitals
that would find them donors, as there would be scarcity of donors.
Under Narendra Modi Government, Healthcare is now a big business, as laws are being tailor made to
suit Big Corporate hospitals or private hospitals.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi must explain why India needs GM Crops. Why should a poor farmer be
forced to grow GM Crops..? Can he suggest any health benefits from consuming GM food..? Who
