1 Summarize

KH322B microcomputer is specially designed and produced for auto laundry. The computer has good credibility
and stabilization, and has maturity functions. It has 8 input signals and 16 relay output signals, and control a
temperature a level sensor at the same time. The KH322B computer use lattice LCD can give a good and friendly
interface; can show the status of the machine in time when the machine is working. LED displays the work status of
each key; help users to watch the machine. Its touch interface is waterproof, dustproof, rust proof and has long
working life. Computer has auto and manual modes, and keys have perfect lock function to avoid wrong operation in
manual mode. The auto mode offers five programs that could be programmed. When run auto program, just press key
Run/Enter, and the process of washing will be completed by itself.

KH322B computer has other specialties below.

Use relay output, no need auxiliary relay, reduce the number of places that could cause fault, and make
maintain more easily.

Could set time in manual mode.

In auto running, users could look over act temperature and set temperature,.

Longest time of extracting, protect machine and clothes form marring by long time extracting;

Intelligent disposal to shock in extracting;

Level can modify at will;

Manifold parameter that could be set by users, makes the computer can install flexible;

RS-485 serial communicate that could communicate with inverter directly.

2Key instruction

2.1 The list of keys.

Keys Function
Press the key when door is closed, washing start, the door lock automatically. Drum front rotate
XX seconds, stop XX seconds, reverse rotate XX seconds, and then stop XX seconds again, and
cycle as this. Press again to stop wash act.

Press this key cold water in when level is not get the set level, and door lock automatically. Press
again to stop.

Press this key heat act when temperature is not get the set one and there is water in drum, door
lock automatically. Press again to stop.

Press this key drain act, and door lock automatically. Press again to stop. when you select point
function, press this key, the drum forward rotate, press this key ,the drum stop

If high extract number in parameter is 3, the first press choose extract (no high extract act.), the
second press choose high extract 1, the third press choose high extract 2, the fourth press choose
high extract 3, and the fifth press to stop extracting. And the same logic if the parameter is not 3.
When extract acts, others act will be forced act, just as WASH, ADD WATER and DRIAN.
In manual or auto mode, and the act level is higher then the lowest level allow soap act, press for
the first time, the led of soap flicker, if the key dose not be pressed again in 3 seconds soap 1 act,
or soap 2 act, and the third press will start act 3. Act soap work 30 seconds, then stop
automatically, and also can be stop by pressing key SOAP. When you select pump function,
press this key, the pump rotate, press again to stop; When you select slope function, press this
key, the drum slope, press again to stop.
Press this key if level is not get the set level, HOT WATER act, and door lock automatically. Press
again to stop.

When door is open or close (Not lock) press this key 3 seconds, enter the program status.

When power on press this key for 3 seconds to enter user setup.
In manual mode, press this key to enter the modify mode of rewrite time, temperature, level and
speed.
In auto program edit, press this key 3 seconds to clear all programs.
When door is closed, press this key to startup the program be chose.

In edit status (parameter is displayed reversely), press this to add parameter.

If level modify is in glancing modify mode, press this key to switch level between high and low
level. In auto running if next step function is effective, press this will go to next step.
In program edit mode press this key still for 3 seconds can insert a step.
When is closed, press this key to choose the auto program.
In edit status (parameter is displayed reversely), press this to subtract parameter.
In program edit mode press this key still for 3 seconds can delete a step.
When is closed, press this key to choose the auto program.

In manual mode press this to stop current operation.

In auto mode, press this to stop current program.
No act output and door is locked, press this key to open lock.
When door is opened and get cloth function is effective, press still at the first time make the
drum front rotating. And press still for the second time make the drum reverse rotating.
When alarm occurs, computer will give alarm and the alarm sound, press this alarm stop. Press the
key again, if the fault is remove, software will back to the door open or door lock status, or
computer will give alarm again.

2.2 LED instruction.

3 Operation Introduce

3.1 Boot-strap display

During 10 minutes after the machine is connect to the power, the LCD display soft version and machine type.

When the value of parameter2-3 is not 0, the screen will enter into screen saver status in period of time, the LCD
display temperature and time, then press any key to come back natural screen.

3.2 Manual operation

3.2.1 The machine will enter into door close status if the door is close after counting down is over. The LCD
display as follows:

follows:

if user dont press any key ,the machine will come back cue screen in 6 minutes; if user press other
effective key, the machine will go to relevant cue screen; if not using inverter, the speed is not
displaying.
4. During running if you want to modify parameter such as time and temperature, you can press

here the time reverse video, the user can pressor to modify the time .

4 Program method

4.1 Program screen

4.1.1 when door is open or close(unlock),pressprogramfor3 minutes, the machine will enter into program screen:

4.1.2 Programming status

after selecting program, press to enter into programming status, the LCD display as follows

4.1.3 How to insert and delete step
if the user want to insert step, you can pressfor 3 minutes after cursor disappearing.
if the user want to delete step, you can pressfor 3 minutes after cursor disappearing.

if the user want to delete the whole program, you can press for 3 minutes after cursor

disappearing.
4.1.4 Leave factory program

There are 5 programs in machine, they are standard, bedsheet , tablecloth, cloth and towel.
4.1.5 Programming example
if we want to edit simple program:

Explanation:
Step1: adding cool water, adding soap, then washing ,when the level arrive to middle level, the step is
over, and entering into step2.
Step2:allowing to add water, after heating to70,stopping heating, then after washing for 10 minutes, the
step is over, and entering into step3.( allowing to supplement heating )
Step3: drain for 30 minutes.
Step4: after adding water to middle level, entering into step5.
Step5: washing and adding water to high level. when the level arriving to high level, the machine start
to counting down, program will enter into step6 in 5 minutes.
Step6: middle extracting for 3 minutes.

If we want to edit program2 the same as above program, the process is as follows:
1settle the step of being edited program, and consult above method of wash.
2after connecting to power, pressprogramfor 3 minutes, the machine will enter into programming status,
then select program 2.

3 because there are other steps in program, so you should delete program firstly. press for 3

minutes, you will delete whole program, here, the time and level is 0,but the temperature is 70.

4 Prog2 Step1:presscool water,cool water LED lighting: press to shift cursor to the level,

modify the level to middle level: presssoap1,soap1LED lighting: presswashto select washing; the
time is set to 0.

5press to shift cursor to the step, then modify step ,the LCD displays follows: Prog2 Step2

,presscool water,adding water LED lighting; pressheat, heating LED lighting; press to

shift cursor to the level, modify the level to middle level; press to shift cursor to the time, modify

the time to 10 minutes.

6 press to shift cursor to the step, then modify step ,the LCD displays follows: Prog2

Step3;pressdrain,drain LED lighting; press to shift cursor to level, modify the level to

middle level, at the same time, modify the time to 30 minutes.

7 press to shift cursor to the step, then modify step ,the LCD displays follows: Prog2

Step4;presscool water,cool water LCD lighting; modify the level to middle level ; modify the time
to 0 minute.

8press to shift cursor to the step, then modify step ,the LCD displays follows: Prog2 Step5;

presscool water,cool water LCD lighting; presswashto select washing model; modify the level to
high level ; modify the time to 5 minute.

9 press to shift cursor to the step, then modify step ,the LCD displays follows: Prog2

Step6;pressmid extract,mid extract LCD lighting, modify the time to 3 minutes.

10press to shift cursor to the step, then pressorto modify step ,you can look over editing

step.
11after editing program, pressstop to exit.
4 .1.6 Program skill

1) the machine have automatic supplanting-heating function, when automatic program is running and the
step of the program must have heating action.
Note manual status there not automatic supplanting-heating function; automatic status,
press heatto cancel automatic supplanting-heating function, press the key again to get back the
function.
2 when automatic program is running, if the current step have adding water action, but hasnt washing
action, the time dont count down until the level arriving ; if the current step have heating action, but
hasnt washing action, the time dont count down until the temperature arriving. The manual time is in
the similitude of automatic time
3 when automatic program is running, if the current step have adding water action, and have washing
action, the machine start to wash and count down, the time dont stop counting down until the level
arriving ; if the current step have heating action, and have washing action, the machine start to wash and
count down, the time dont stop counting down until the temperature arriving. The manual time is in the
similitude of automatic time
4when automatic program is running, the condition of program ending is: when the current step is over,
and next step hasnt effect action such as adding water heating draining mid extract high
extract washsoaphot water. In a word, when condition is satisfying during running, the machine will
stop running program immediately and dont operate next step(even if next step is edited .Otherwise,
every program only have 30 steps, after the program running to 30 steps, it will stop.
Note: adding water meaning: when the current step have high level or middle level or low level and
adding cool water or hot water action, but actual level dont arrive to setting level.

5 Parameter setting

5.1 During 10 minutes after connecting to power, press for 3 minutes to enter into setting screen:

6 Alarming and solving method

6.1 Door open alarming:

7 Trouble eliminating

7.1 Question: when you press rightful or wrongful key, whether there is brief taratantara?
Answer: Yes, but the sound is too low to unheard at times because of noise. You can judge whether
the key is right basing on sound.
7.2 Question: why the indicator light don t light after pressingheatkey?
Answer: There may be two reasons:
(1) There is no water in barrel, or the level dont arrive to setting level, or the level switch is bad.
(2) Theheatkey is bad or not sensitive. Please contact seller.

7.3 Question: why the indicator light don t light after pressingcool waterkey?
Answer: There are several reasons:
(1) The level has arrived or exceeds the setting level.
(2) The level switch is bad.
(3) Thecool wateris bad or not sensitive. Please contact seller.
7.4Question:The indicator light lights after pressingcool water,but there is no water inputting.
Why?
Answer: There may be several reasons:
(1) Cool water switch is bad.
(2) The fuse is blown out on the microcomputer.
(3) The internal relay is bad. (after pressingcool waterkey,you carefully hear sound from the relay .
(4) The microcomputer internal trouble.
7.5Question:whether the manual operation is be timed? How to time?

Answer: During manual status, press to shift cursor to time, pressorall the time to fast

adjust time, then the machine start to count down after loosening the key.
7.6Question:The door close, but the LCD display door open, please close door the all the same,
why?
AnswerThere may be several reasons:
(1) Whether cool water switch is bad.
(2) Whether the fuse is blown out on the microcomputer?
(3) The microcomputer internal trouble.
7.7Question:During heating, why the water temperature does t rise and the LCD display 50
all the time?
Answer: There are several reasons:
(1)The temperature sensor is correctly installed or bad.
(2)The steam valve is plugged.

4 Input &output define

1 Door switch: close (open), express that the door is close.

2 Overload: close (open), express that the motor or inverter is overloading.
3 unbalance: close (open), express that the machine is shocking.
4 urgent stop: close (open), express that the machine is stopped.
5 Drain output: close (open) , express that draining valve open.
6 Lock output: close (open), express that the lock relay open when there is washing action, otherwise
close.
