Please note for Trip Code MSS, during Special Pooja Days in DUSSEHRA it will not be possible to enter
CHAMUNDI HILLS and PALACE
ONLY EXTRA MATTRESS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE THIRD PERSON IN TRIPLE SHARING ACCOMMODATION
1. This ticket is not transferable. 2.The baggage is always at the risk of tourists. 3.The tourists are requested to co-
operate with the Management to achieve punctuality. Persons breaking company with the party should obtain due
permission and persons not turning up at the scheduled timings do so at their own risk. 4.Children above the age of
5 years will be charged full fare. No seats will be given to children below 5 years. 5.Purchasing articles from other
than Govt. shops is at your own risk. 6.The corporation shall neither be held responsible nor the amount will be
refunded in case you miss the bus. 7.Tipping the staff including the guide is strictly prohibited. They are paid by
KSTDC except for BHS trip. 8.For various facilites offered by the corporation please demand for the itenerary.
9.The management reserves the right to cancel the trip in case the number of seats booked are less than 12 and
for any such other reasons. 10.No postponement of journey will be made within 24 hours. Once the journey is
postponed or preponed cancellation will not be considered 11.Tariff subject to change without notice. 12.Senior
Citizens need to provide proof of age while boarding the bus, otherwise boarding will not be allowed
13.Suggestions and complaints are welcome.
Tours like Thirupathi, Jog Falls, South Canara 4 people will be allotted a room for freshening up.
Important note about TKT (Thirupathi - Kalahasti) - Tourists going on this tour must stand in queue to obtain
Darshan Tokens at Thirupathi temple. The time duration for obtaining the Darshan Token depends upon the crowd
on that day and is beyond the control of KSTDC.

Rules for Cancellation

Cancellation from the proposed time of departure before 48 hours - 10% - before 24 hrs. - 25% deducted. within 24
hrs. - No refund or cancellation.

*Please remember to carry proof of identication of atleast one passenger whose name gures in the guest
names above as you may be asked to produce the same while boarding
