14:24 Request for start Conveyor C26

Chronology incident : ( Kronologi kejadian )

14:26 Start Conveyor C.26 and T/G trip while start 2nd motor.
Causing The system Black out

Cause of incident : ( Penyebab kejadian )

- T/G not able to follow the voltage changes

Remedial Action Short term (Perbaikan jangka pendek )

Turbine rolling and prepare for synchronizing
18:06 unit synchronize

Remedial Action Long term ( Perbaikan jangka panjang )

Unit will be check for respone of voltage changes due start Conveyor C 26

LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT : T/G unit 1

Condition prior to disturbance : ( Kondisi sebelum gangguan ) at . 11.59 WITA

DG Port Load : 5 X 450 kW & 1200 kW
TG#1 Normal condition, Load = 5.338 kW
Boiler #1 Normal condition. Steam flow 13.4 t/h. Press 3.5 Mpa. Temp. 435 C
Boiler #2 Normal condition. Steam flow 13.0 t/h. Press 3.51 Mpa. Temp. 450 C

Chronology incident : ( Kronologi kejadian )

At 11.59.36 WITA Trip T/G # 1. Indication Under Frequency 45.19 Hertz .

Cause of incident : ( Penyebab kejadian )

when the IPCC trip and would want to start again, going under frequency due motorized
steam inlet valve T / G # 1 is closed because ketidaksengajaan operator closing the
motorized valve steam inlet T / G # 1.

Remedial Action Short term (Perbaikan jangka pendek )

CB open 505 to reduce load T / G #1 . Rolling back turbin again.
At 12.18 Wita T/G synchron with D/G. 12.23 Energize to 70 KV
At 12.26 Energize to CPP1,CPP3,IPCC,KM10
At 12.27 Unit powerplant back to normal again

Remedial Action Long term ( Perbaikan jangka panjang )

Ensuring units were operating and that are not operating to avoid mistakes that are running equipment
