MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION TO COMPLY

COURTS ORDER

COMES NOW, the Petitioner, through the undersigned

counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states:

1. That this Honorable Court ordered the petitioner to

submit an authenticated copy of the specific provision of
the Statute of Arizona from where the subject divorce
decree is based upon and which capacitates the spouse
who obtained the divorce decree to remarry;

2. That the Order was received by the undersigned counsel

on June 29, 2017;

3. That the petitioner and the undersigned counsel exerted

diligent efforts to comply with the Order;

4. That compliance of such Order is due this August 28,

2017;

5. That due to the complexities of the process to obtain an

authenticated copy of the provisions of the Statute of
Arizona, and lack of sufficient time, unfortunately, the
petitioner, through the undersigned counsel,

cannot comply the said Order within the period

required.

6. That herein counsel needs an extension of sixty (60)

days or such period of time that the court deems
reasonable to submit an authenticated copy of the
specific provision of the Statute of Arizona from where
the subject divorce decree is based upon and which
capacitates the spouse who obtained the divorce decree
to remarry;

7. That, this motion is filed in good faith and not for the
purpose of delaying the disposition of this case, but
solely on the grounds aforementioned.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court to grant motion for an extension
to comply courts order.

Other relief and remedies are likewise prayed.
