When you finally finished,you said you had sore arms. No wonder! They had to do lots of work. You were working those upper body muscles very hard. It is also hard to swing keeping your legs curled up like you had to or they would drag on the ground and stop you swinging. Next time you use this swing, I wonder if you can swing yourself upside down and put your legs up on the wooden bar. We will just have to wait and see.
