CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH

During my engineering academic tenure, academic project was a part of final eight semesters
educational curriculum. I was a team member of my academic project group at college. I visited
one of the hospital where hybrid system was installed and was in fully functional condition and
this visit was advised by our project guide i.e. college lecturer. After site visit, we decided to
proceed further to execute the project. I was involved in various activities like wind speed
measurement, selection of solar panel, wind turbine blade material selection, design finalization,
fabrication, installation and commissioning. Due to intense exercise and advantage in this
project, my interest in non conventional energy sources as a subject was improved. I learned
how to identify and solve technical problems, how to apply engineering knowledge which I have
studied in my classrooms. It was my regular habit to report my project guide for project
updates, technical queries and solution. Our project based on environmental friendly concept
was appreciated by many people from college campus including students and faculties during
final project presentation. I took help of soft tools such as Microsoft word, excel and power
point slides that developed my confidence on presentation skills. As a project team member, I
developed a skill of good attitude, group discussion, team player, maximum utilization of
available resources. I developed the ability of identifying problem and finding appropriate
solutions.

After completion of graduation in mechanical engineer, I joined Reliance gas transportation

infrastructure limited, a natural gas cross country pipeline, as an Executive-Mechanical in
maintenance department. When I joined this company, I was a fresh engineer and plant was
also in its construction phase. I learned various things from construction to maintenance for
smooth pipeline operation. After achieving handsome experience, I joined another esteemed oil
& gas company, Cairn India Limited, which is engaged in oil and gas exploration and pipeline
business, as a maintenance engineer.

During my professional experience, I was given an opportunity to work on gas turbine

compressor train installation. It was indeed a great learning experience. Furthermore, in that
compressor station, I gained hands on experience through maintenance of gas engine
generator, gas after cooler, station piping pre-commissioning and commissioning, maintenance
of various equipments, pigging operation. In my next assignment, I got an opportunity to work
on fire water network pipeline installation. I learned many piping codes and standard as per
American Society for Mechanical Engineers for different product handling application such as
crude oil, natural gas, water, air. However, I was also responsible for maintenance of gas
turbine, centrifugal multistage pumps, annual pressure safety valve calibration, etc. I was
responsible for purchase requisition creation, Scope of work preparation, technical bid
evaluation preparation, performing routine preventive maintenance of plant equipment and
SAP-PM & MM module. I have faced many technical problems and solved them using my
engineering skills.

Still I keep myself updated with latest trends and technology by reading various manual,
engineering magazine and visiting engineering based websites.

I am ready to grow with my continuous learning approach and unquenched thirst in the area of
engineering with supporting, challenging and creative environment.

Trainings:

I attended training course on Pumps and compressor: Control,

Operation, Maintenance, & Troubleshooting.

I attended training on Basic Vibration Analysis.

I attended training on Behavior Bases Safety Implementation.

I took training on SAP PM & MM module training inside plant premses.
