Important Neurotransmitters:
Acetylcholine most important neurotransmitter in the body and is the
primary transmitter between neurons and muscles.
Dopamine affects muscles, growth, tissue repair, and the immune system:
stimulates the pituitary gland.
Amino Acids:
Proline aids in wound healing, increased learning.
Taurine helps protect the eyes from free radical damage: regulates the
hearts electrical conduction system: acts as a regulatory/inhibitory
neurotransmitter.
Glycine produces glycogen, mobilizes glucose from the liver: bolsters the
immune system and is a stimulant for the brain.
Aspartic Acid expels ammonia from the body, enhances the immune
system and increases stamina.
Carnitine transports long chain fatty acids to the mitochondria of the cells
where they are oxidized to yield energy, particularly the heart and kidneys.
Icons:
Make an icon list of categories that these and the following
neurotransmitters and amino acids affect, so you can DHE a machine to fire
them off when you need them.
Thinness: human figure
Intelligence: brain
Sleep: Zzzz
Strength: arm curling a weight

end is negative.
This is similar to a double bind. Give the client move away from and
moving towards motivation to move them toward their goal.
