Pull-Out ELL Instruction means that the ELL Teacher pulls

students out of the general education classroom to work in
a small group setting in the ELL Room. During pull-out
instruction, English Language Learners are not in the general
education classroom. Students may be pulled-out to work in a
mixed-level proficiency group, while others might be pulled-
out to work in proficiency level groups (i.e. Entering,
Beginning, Developing, Expanding, Bridging, and Reaching).
