ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT PADA PRIMIPARA


POST SECTIO CAESAREA INDIKASI CEPHALOPELVIC DISPROPORTION (CPD) DI
RUANG MAWAR
RSUD BANGIL PASURUAN

Setiap tindakan sectio caesarea pasti menimbulkan nyeri. Nyeri merupakan pengalaman
sensori dan emosional yang tidak menyenangkan akibat kerusakan jaringan yang aktual atau
potensial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada primipara
post sectio caesarea indikasi cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD) di ruang Mawar RSUD Bangil
Kabupaten Pasuruan.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan adalah studi kasus. Sampel yang
digunakan sebanyak 2 partisipan primipara post sectio caesarea indikasi cephalopelvic
disproportion (CPD) H-0. Studi kasus ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 12 Agustus 2017. Data
yang terkumpul di analisis dan dilakukan perbandingan antara kasus dengan teori.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan skala nyeri pada pasien post sectio
caesarea. Hasil wawancara dengan 10 ibu post sectio caesarea di ruang Mawar RSUD Bangil
pada tanggal 09 Agustus 2017 didapatkan data bahwa 4 ibu mengatakan nyeri skala 8 dan 6 ibu
mengatakan nyeri skala 6. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam pada kedua
partisipan terdapat penurunan skala nyeri, namun belum bisa teratasi secara sempurna. Evaluasi
hari terakhir pada kedua partisipan menunjukkan nyeri berkurang, nyeri timbul hanya saat
bergerak saja, skala nyeri 3, luka tertutup kasa steril, luka kering dan bersih, ekspresi wajah rileks,
mampu mempraktekkan teknik nafas dalam dan dapat mengontrol nyeri, tanda-tanda vital dalam
batas nomal.
Melihat hasil penelitian ini maka perlu adanya upaya dalam penurunan nyeri post sectio
caesarea dilakukan perlu adanya asuhan keperawatan dengan memberikan tindakan farmakologi
dan non farmakologi. Manajemen nyeri non farmakologi yang dipilih peneliti untuk penurunan
skala nyeri adalah teknik relaksasi dan guided imagery.

IN MAWAR ROOM RSUD BANGIL PASURUAN

Every act of caesarea sectio must be painful. Pain is an unpleasant sensory and
emotional experience due to actual or potential tissue damage. The purpose of this study was to
analyze the care of acute pain nursing in primipara post sectio caesarea indication of
cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD) in the space of Mawar RSUD Bangil Pasuruan regency.
The method used in report writing is case study. The sample used was 2 participants of
primipara post sectio caesarea indication of cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD) H-0. This case
study was conducted on 09 - 12 August 2017. The data collected in the analysis and conducted a
comparison between case and theory.
The results showed that there were differences in the scale of pain in patients with post-
sectio caesarea. The results of interviews with 10 post-sectio caesarea mothers in the Mawar
Bangil Hospital on August 9, 2017 obtained data that 4 mothers said the pain scale of 8 and 6
mothers said pain scale 6. After nursing care done for 3x24 hours on both participants there was
a decrease in the scale of pain, But can not be solved perfectly. Evaluation of the last day on both
participants showed less pain, pain arising only on the move alone, pain scale 3, sterile gauze
covered wounds, dry and clean wounds, facial expression relaxed, able to practice deep breathing
techniques and can control pain, vital signs in Nomal limit.
Seeing the results of this study then the need for an effort in the reduction of post sectio
caesarea pain done the need for nursing care by giving pharmacological action and non
pharmacology. Non-pharmacologic pain management selected by researchers to decrease the
scale of pain is a relaxation technique and guided imagery.
