Job Description
1. Conducting the employee selection process (ie. interview)
2. Managing the administration related recruitment process
3. Being able to work in unit partner of fulfillment the employee needs
Requirements
1. Have Bachelor / Master degree majoring in Psychology
2. Minimum GPA for Bachelor degree 2.85 and for Master degree 3.10
3. Maximum 29 years old
4. Have good communication skills both written and spoken
5. Have good interpersonal skills
6. Experienced in employee recruitment in accordance with the companys needs
7. be able to identify and analyze the employee position which are tailored to the
employee competence
