My major achievements as:

Managed and monitored several social care programs that included overseeing
affairs of orphans and capacity building throughout Zimbabwe provinces with a
budget of almost US$500,000 (five Hundred thousands dollars only). These
programs have been funded by Multi donors such as Kuwait Finance House,
EU Commission, Africa Development Bank (ADB), Islamic Relief UK, and
Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic and Development (KFAED) managed a team
of 305 employees.
Played a major role in planning, supervising, implementation and evaluation of
Educational programs in Zimbabwe. This included building of schools and
offering scholarships for University and Secondary school students. The
Educational programs had Funded by Direct Aid , KFAED, UNDP, IDB Bank
with a budget of around US$2Million (Two million dollars) and a team of 510
employees.
Coordinated developmental programs that were implemented to alleviate
poverty and eradicate hunger and livelihood programs amongst the poor
families of Zimbabwe. Thus around 5000 families have benefited through
receiving agricultural inputs, (SMEs), microfinance projects, short courses such
as: Dressmaking, Interior Dcor, Baking, Secretarial and Computers; for the
widows and the divorced especially, the main aim being capacity building,
training and workshops so as to empower these vulnerable groups to rely on
themselves while protecting them from such abuses as: rape cases, sexual
harassments and GVB programs. Thus programs had funded by several donors
including EU, World Bank, AU, ADB Bank and UNDP with a budget of
$3million and with a team of 500 employees.
Developed a Water Sanitation Implementation Plan which successfully lead to
the digging and sinking of more than 1500 boreholes, wells and small dam.
I was part of the planning team for the Annual Programs Strategic Plan
(A.P.S.P) for the Direct Aid.

Major Achievements: some of specific development projects and other accomplishments such

Established a honey producing station which contain more 30 hives for the market and
feeding orphans
Established Cattles, livestock and chicken breeding farms
Established vegetable farms for daily orphans healthy food
Trainee more than 150 orphans and empowered 204 women living around the centre so
as to depend on themselves instead of just receiving relief.

Obtained more than 15 hectares of land for free from the local authority to build new
orphanage centre and vocational training centre in Gutu District.
Built 20 mosques and dag 34 shallow wells and artesian to provide clean water
