Complex Dynamical Networks (CDNs) play an increasingly important role in daily lives.

Many systems in nature can be described by models of complex networks which are
structures consisting of nodes or vertices connected by links or edges. Examples are
numerous including power grids, the Internet which is a network of routers or domains,
the World Wide Web which is a network of web sites, the brain which is a network of
neurons, gene regulatory and artificial NNs.
Hopefield Neural Network (HNN) is a simple artificial network which is able to store
certain memories or patterns in a manner rather similar to the brain - the full pattern can
be recovered if the network is presented with only partial information. That is, it is a
model that employed a continuous nonlinear function to describe the output behaviour of
the neurons. The neuron represents an approximation to biological neurons in which a
simplified set of important computational properties is retained.
A recurrent neural network (RNN) distinguishes itself from a feed-forward neural
network in that it has at least one feedback loop. A recurrent network may consist of a
single layer ofneurons with each neuron feeding its output signal back to the input of all
other neurons.
Cohen Grossberg Neural Network (CGNN) proposed by Cohen and Grossberg in 1983
has received increasing interest due to its promising potential for applications in
classification, parallel computing, associative memory and solving optimization
problems.
Takagi -Sugeno (T-S) model have attracted rapidly growing interest in recent years. T-S
fuzzy systems are nonlinear systems described by a set of IF-THEN rules. It has shown
that the T-S model can give an effective way to represent complex nonlinear systems by
some simple local linear dynamic systems with their linguistic description. Some
nonlinear dynamic systems can be approximated by the overall fuzzy linear T-S models
for the purpose of stability analysis.

Fuzzy Cellular Neural Network (FCNN) is a very useful paradigm for image processing
problem and pattern recognition, especially in white blood cell detection, solving some
optimization problems and CT liver images. FCNNs with time-varying delays (discrete,
distributed and several sufficient conditions will be considered to ensure various stability
criteria such as exponentially stable, asymptotically stable, globally stable) will be
investigate. Similarly for fuzzy recurrent neural networks (FRNNs), fuzzy Hopfield
neural networks (FHNNs), fuzzy Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (FCGNNs), fuzzy
Bidirectional Associative Memory neural networks (FBAMNNs).
