RISK MANAGEMETN REGISTER (RMP)

HOW TO USE THIS FORM INSTALLATION / FACILITY Offshore Platform


1. This Risk Management Register (MRP) has been designed to assist Firm LOCATION Platform A
Synergys employees in the consideration and management of risk on their
works. The register has been complied to meet Best Practice in accordance with
recognized Project Management methodologies.
3. The register is generic and is intended to promote the consideration of risk.
Employees are not expected to use every risk, but to consider those that may be Routine Offline Vibration Measurements

applicable to their Project, or where a similar, related risk may be applicable to And Diagnostic

4. The identified risks can be used to compile a Job Hazard Assessment (JHA) or a
Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
