support homoeostasis.
Your body needs only the recommended amount of servings because in metabolic process, the
biomolecules of the foods you eat create enzymes that will break down themselves to create
homeostasis in your body and give you energy. So, too much or too little amounts of those
foods will create an unbalance and give you more energy or less energy than you need.
