AFFIDAVIT OF CO-OWNERSHIP

I, ARCHIE B. AMOIN, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Blk. 1 Lot 2

Extension, Congressional Road., Santa Fe, Dasmarias City, Cavite, after being
duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state: That - -

1. That I am one of the proprietor of WASHARAMA LAUNDRY SERVICE

located at Blk 1 Ext Lot 2, Brgy Santa Fe, Dasmarinas, Cavite;

2. The above mentioned business entity was duly registered with the
Department of Trade and Industry up to present;

3. we were jointly awarded by the National Housing Authority (NHA) with a

parcel of land located at Blk. E12, Lot 14, C, Bagong Bayan, Dasmarinas,
Cavite with an area of 100 square meters more or less, wherein my common-
law-spouse Iluminado Miralles was registered as awardee and I being the
beneficiary;

4. Through this Affidavit, I hereby declare under oath that I am a co-

awardee/owner of FLORENCIA B. SABAC over the afore-mentioned
business including all improvements therein;

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the

foregoing statements.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 11 th

day of February 2004 in Dasmarinas, Cavite.
