JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

WE, MARIETA YONGIS, Filipino, of legal age and resident of Blk 4, Lot 27, Ville De
Soleil, Langkaan I, Dasmarin as City, Cavite and MARK RAINER Y. LOZARES, Filipino, of
legal age, and resident of Blk 4 Lot 27, Ville De Soleil, Langkaan I , Dasmarin as City, Cavite,
after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state: That - -

1. We personally know JOSHUA M. BARANDA, as the son of NONITO E.

BARANDA and VIVIAN M. MATUBANG being our close family friends and neighbor for a
long period of time;

2. Unfortunately, when his parents secured a copy of their MARRIAGE

CONTRACT, he found out that his fathers date of birth is registered as OCTOBER 3,
1919 instead of OCTOBER 3, 1959 which is registered in his fathers Certificate of Live
Birth.

3. Through this affidavit we hereby declare under oath that his

fathers true and correct date of birth is OCTOBER 3, 1959.

4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing and for whatever legal purpose the same may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 21st day of
