JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY
WE, VERONICA PASCUAL, Filipino, of legal age and resident of Brgy San
Mateo, Dasmarinas City of Cavite and CONSOLACION ATON, Filipino, of legal age,
and resident of Blk 44 Lot 6 Phase 3, Fatima II , Dasmarias City, Cavite, after being
duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state: That - -

1. We personally know MARIA I. DIONISIO as the daughter of

SPS. LAZARO DIONISIO and PASCUALA INOCENCIO being our close family
friends and neighbor for a long period of time;

2. We also know for fact that he was born on September 25, 1930 at
Tondo, Metro Manila;

3. Unfortunately, when she applied for a passbook at the Landbank

Dasmarinas her name was registered as MARIA I. DIONISIO VDA SANGCO
together with her husbands surname and at present she is a widow.

4. Through this affidavit we hereby declare under oath that MARIA

I. DIONISIO and MARIA I. DIONISIO VDA SANGCO was the same person.

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of

the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose the same may serve;
