entitled cause, will take the deposition of CHRIS ANDERSON, on Thursday, September 21,

Lamar Street in Jackson, Mississippi, as a witness for discovery and trial, upon oral

examination to be recorded stenographically by a court reporter duly authorized to

administer oaths. This deposition is being taken for all purposes permissible under the
