The Physician sits third to right of G. C is an immediate neighbor of G. Lawyer sits second to right of C. B sits third
of H. H is neither Physician nor an Lawyer. Only one person sits between C and the Accountant. A and F are
immediate neighbors of each other. Neither A nor F is a Physician. Driver sits second to right of A. Two people sit
between D and the Dentists. D is not a Physician. Professor is not an immediate neighbor of the Physician. Farmer

works with Facebook. The one who works with Infosys lives in Chennai. F does not live in Chennai. A works with
Tata. B works with Twitter. E works with Walmart.

6. Seven participants F, B, G, A, D, C and E from seven different states, viz Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tripura, Assam,
Punjab, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat, but not necessarily in the same order, participate in a dance competition. All of
them perform seven different folk dances, viz Bagurumba, Sammi, Panthi, Garba, Hojagiri, Kalbelia and
Yakshagana, but not necessarily in the same order.

The one who performs Panthi does not belong to Punjab. B is from Tripura and does not perform Garba. The one

P is third to the left of the person who is wearing clothes of FabIndia brand. One who is wearing Newport clothes
is seated between those two persons who are wearing Peter England and FabIndia clothes while the person who
is wearing Newport clothes sits opposite S. U sits second to the left of V and does not wear Flying Machine or Van

8. A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are sitting around a circular area of equal distances between each other, but not
necessarily in the same order. Some of the people facing the centre while some face outside (ie in a direction
opposite the centre). Note: Facing the same direction means if one faces the centre then the other also faces the
centre and vice versa. Facing opposite direction means if one person faces the centre then the other faces outside
and vice versa.

G sits second to the right of D. D faces the centre. H sits second to the left of G. H is an immediate neighbour of
both C and E. F sits second to the left of E. A sits second to the left of F. H sits second to the left of B. A sits second
to the left of C. H faces the same direction as E. B sits third to the right of A.

Arun Kumar is travelling to France. Jitu Rai is travelling to Ireland by Spicejet. Vijendar Singh is travelling by Jet

them uses a different sim, viz Airtel, BSNL, Reliance, Aircel, Docomo, Vodafone and Idea but not necessarily in the

banks. Two of those banks are ICICI and SBI. They live in five sectors of Dwarka, viz V, VI, VII, VIII and IX. Two of
them live in the same sector. Swati has an account with Canara Bank and she lives in Sector VII. Shailja has no
account with South Indian Bank and she lives in sector IX. Suman has account neither with South Indian Bank nor
with ICICI and she does not live in sector V or VIII. The person who has an account with UCO bank lives in sector

out of which there are two married couples. June is a businessman and is the father of Joule. Jass is a doctor and
grandfather of Joule who is a male. Jade is a housewife and is daughter-in-law of Jemy. Jany is neither a pilot nor a
journalist. Jenn is an advocate. Jade is not the mother of Joule and June is married but not to Jemy. No lady is a
journalist.

Orange are arranged one above the other. The box at the bottom of arrangement is numbered 1, the above box is

15. Six exams Maths, science, History, Economics, English and Hindi are to be scheduled starting from 2nd March
and ending on 8th march wit Sunday being an off day, not necessarily in the same order. Each of the exam has
different time duration: 40 mins, 50 mins, 60 mins, 75 mins, 90 mins and 100 mins, again not necessarily in the
same order.

8th March is not Sunday and an exam of 40 mins is scheduled on that day. Maths exam is for less than 60 mins
and is scheduled immediately before English exam. There are two exams scheduled between Hindi exam which is
for 100 mins and History exam which is for 60 mins. English exam is before Sunday and there are two days
between Sunday and Maths exam. Economics exam which is for 75 mins is not scheduled on 2ndmarch. The exam

Pizza, Pasta, Biryani, Paneer Tikka, Manchurian, Chow Mein and Dosa, but not necessarily in the same order.

Freida does not like Manchurian or Biryani. Penty is an Operator. Jessica is a Lawyer and likes Dosa. The one who

28. Eight friends, P, Q, R, S, T, V, W and Y are sitting around a square table in such a way that four of them sit at
corners of the square while four sit in the middle of each of the four sides. The ones who sit at the four corners
face the centre while those who sit in the middle of the sides face outside.

S sits third to the right of P, P faces the centre. Y is not an immediate neighbour of P or S.T sits third to the right of
R. R does not sit in the middle of any of the sides and also R is not an immediate neighbour of Y. Only one person
sits between P and V. Q is not an immediate neighbour of V.

Solution:

29. P, Q, R, S, T, V, W and X are seated in a straight line facing North but not necessarily in the same order. P sits
fourth to the right of X. Either P or X sit at the extreme ends of the line. Q and V are immediate neighbours of

who studies Mechanical. P and Z do not study in college C and study in the same discipline but not Electrical. R
studies Mechanical in college C with V, who studies Electrical. S studies Mechanical and does not study in the

31. Eight persons are sitting in two parallel rows containing four people each, in such a way that there is an equal
distance between adjacent persons. In row-I W, X, Y and Z are seated and all of them facing south while they are
experts in 4 different games Sudoku, Chess, Carom and Snooker (one of each). In row-II L, M, N and O are seated
and all of them are facing north while they are expert in 4 different games Football, Badminton, Tennis and Polo
(one of each). Therefore, in the given seating arrangement each member seated in a row faces another member
