Registration for all programs begins four (4) business days following the mailing of the Guide. Online registration begins five (5)
business days following the mailing of the guide.
All registration fees are payable at the time of registration. Class sizes are limited, so register early! Payment can be made by
cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). Please make checks payable to The City of White Plains.
Financial assistance may be available to qualified applicants. Federal Income Tax Form 1040 for tax year 2014 or Social Services
Eligibility letter must accompany application. No Scholarships available for nonresidents.

WESTCHESTER KNICKS
Join your friends and classmates at the Westchester
County Center for a night of basketball and entertainment
with the Westchester Knicks, an NBA Development
League affiliate of the New York Knicks. On this special
night, City of White Plains youth will be recognized as
we cheer on the Knicks in our own section. Half-time

Jump In and Swim Month coming in March/April 2016
Jump In and Swim Month is designed to help children and
adults learn basic swim skills and water safety practices. As
part of this city-wide initiative, free swim classes and water-
based activities will be offered to residents of all ages from
late March thru April. Participating agencies in this effort
are: White Plains Recreation and Parks Department, White
Plains YMCA, & YWCA, White Plains Youth Bureau, White
Plains Hospital and the White Plains City School District. Each
agency has contributed time and resources to making Jump
