    Case: Waiver of Right of Ownership:

    Facts:

    Defendant is the brother of the plaintiffs (Erix and Rene). The plaintiffs avers that the land in question
    belong to their late mother Patria and as such ownership shall pass to them by intestacy. Plaintiffs now
    wanted to sell the land to the Children of their brother

    GR: waiver of ownership has the effect of renouncing all rights, title, and interests on the property
