Announces New Manager of the Engineering

Department

David Roybal, PE, named Engineer Manager at Pettigrew & Associates.

Hobbs, NM, September 13, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Debra Hicks, PE/LSI, President and CEO of Pettigrew &
Associates, announced today that David Roybal, PE, has been promoted to Engineer Manager. Mr.
Roybal joined the firm in 2011, and prior to this promotion, served as a Project Manager in Pettigrew's
Engineering Department. His experience is comprised of a variety of sectors including transportation,
infrastructure and land development. Recent projects include multiple public works and roadway projects
for the City of Lovington; Murray and Broadmoor Elementary in Hobbs; Roselawn Manor Multifamily
Housing in Artesia, NMDOT Reconstruction of NM 18 through Lovington and On-Call Services for
Lincoln County.

exceeded, as well as provide leadership with regard to staff development.
