To Whom it Concerns

I, Brenda Everall, do hereby, request a formal investigation to be conducted by the O.P.P and/or
the Office of the Crown Attorney regarding the matters presented hereinafter.

I believe it prudent:

1. To communicate with me either in person or via Email at b rendaeverall@gmail.com

2. To i nterview a diverse range of family members, friends and former neighbours of
Gwendolyn Brown.
3. To understand that I am taking many different routes for accountability regarding my
allegations of Power of Attorney Abuse.
4. To further understand that Gwendolyns alleged Lawyer, Real Estate Agent, and Power
of Attorney are potentially engaging in a criminal conspiracy for personal gain and
thereby alienating particular family members away from the affairs of Gwendolyn Brown.
5. To immediately have Gwendolyn assessed for signs and symptoms of any sort of abuse
or effects of alienation and to afford her the opportunity to speak clearly for herself.
6. To protect myself and my family members from further potential professional collusion
and to further assure us that a proper investigation will ensue whereby the investigators
treat me and my family members with dignity and respect at all times throughout the
process.
7. That all parties act transparently at all times.

As matters continue to evolve in regards to my allegations, I ask that all parties be upfront,
honest and accountable. As I have rarely experienced a positive interaction with Officers from
my local O.P.P detachment I must state, for the Record, that I am not confident that the O.P.P
will act accordingly on my allegations nor am I confident that matters wont be twisted to
minimize my allegations or to paint me as some sort of bad guy, however, I have the right to
try, and to document the process.
