I. Potential Business existing in the Barangay

Carinderia
Livelihood Program.
Non-government organization teaching livelihood.

II. Historical Business of the Barangay

Some families processes dry fish in their own houses
like Tinapang Bangus.
Brgy. Bayan-bayanan is located near in Brgy. Muzon
where the main source of raw material in making
tinapang bangus came from.

III. Existing Business which is not usually in success

Computer Shop.
Bicycle Repair Shop.

IV. Variances
The Barangay was line at the poverty line.
The Barangay have many residences of Indigent
Families.
 The Source of family income was insufficient.
There`s no raw materials to use.
There`s no business existing in barangay that they
can be proud of.
There`s no place in business.

V. Opportunities
Celia II, Most populated streets at the barangay
Bayan-bayanan.
Estimate of 8,000 residences.
Many have bicycle shop.

VI. Conclusion
Beyond our conducting research and interview in the
barangay Bayan-bayanan, We conclude that this
barangay is not capable in business and haven`t
designated place to conduct our business. We also
conclude that this barangay is at the poverty line and
more residences have insufficient income. We the
proponents of this research we suggests for another
business that can be more practical, convenient and
affordable for the people of bayan-bayanan. This
research we require each other to suggest more
ideas to make an excellent product that can be suited
to the residences and to the barangay. And to make
the meeting adjourn we take the information we
encounter in the barangay.

It will contribute the general public and to the society
The result of this study could provide assistance to
various people, through business itself there are
many forces at work which tend to bring about the
desire results.

The community gets to a large extent what standard it

expects from individuals and groups, sound and
general public opinion may bring about real contagion
of health.
Little in history warrants an assumption that mass of
men can be developed therefore we must use motive
of self-interest to its maximum of sound social
service.
Things that our great development applied in any
reasonable time be adequately balanced by ethical
forces and social control can be brought to bear
through the aided effort of industry.
 V. Conclusion
Beyond conducting our meeting, we as a group
decided that the product we will make will be benefit
to all and to help the other side needs of the
residence at the Barangay Bayan-bayanan. We think
for the product that could be help the poverty line of
the residence and the first thing that we think is the
Rice coffee or could be name as Rice Premium
Brew. Because there`s one thing about rice coffee
that doesn`t sit well with people who don`t make a lot
of money.

SOCIAL SIGNIFICANCE

Barangay Bayan-bayanan

This study is extensively design to contribute Barangay Bayan-

bayanan. It will contribute the general public and to the society. The

result of this study could provide assistance to various people, through

business itself there are many forces at work which tend to bring about

the desire results. One of the important aids, without which the task

will be obstacle, is the fact that in many business problems intelligent

and far-sighted self-interest brings socially conclusions. Little in history

warrants an assumption that mass of men can be developed therefore

we must use motive of self-interest to its maximum of sound social

service. Fortunately, many essential social objectives may be

accomplished by creating a real intellectual background for business,

and through it an adequate appreciation of the distasteful long- time

results which follow action determined solely from short-time point of

view. After full allowance for these internal forces, it is still unlikely in

nature of things that our great development applied in any reasonable

time be adequately balanced by ethical forces and social control can

be brought to bear through the aided effort of industry. External aid is

essential. Most of our social standards are made effective by the force

of neighbourhood opinion. Since the community gets to a large extent

what standard it expects from individuals and groups, sound and

general public opinion may bring about real contagion of health.

Unfortunately, while community expecting much from a group, get

much, it is just true that a community expecting little gets little. Such

basis for business must be sought through the constant discovery of

better and better ways in which men may live longer. Every business

which is permissible will share a portion of it to the community as it

provides employment to the people.
