Summary: This position is primarily responsible for managing talent acquisition and operational activities of the organization
by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Collaborates with regional recruiters, operations staff and other human resources staff to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring
process.
Develops innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive
candidate pipelines. Conducts regular follow-up with recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and
implementation.
Effectively builds and engages with talent communities through social media outlets.
Provides support to regions that are experiencing a significant number of staff vacancies or where the recruiter position is
vacant (i.e. assisting regional Recruiters with recruitment and retention plans).
Identify and source appropriate internal talent for current and future open roles within the organization.
Develops, coordinates and implements community-based recruiting initiatives with colleges, local community organizations,
etc. May give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of before and after
career fairs and events.
Assists in branding in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for Anix, both internally and externally.
Other duties as assigned.

Strategy:
Translate the Company strategy into Talent Acquisition strategy.
Design the recruitment model and set up processes for acquiring the right talent.
Periodically review recruitment model (sources, process, SLAs) for effectiveness and efficiency in line with the changing
business priorities.
Bring expertise to HR function as a recruitment specialist. Constantly upgrade domain knowledge & skills, understand latest
trends, keep abreast on job market dynamics and suggest course correction in strategy.
Extensive usage of social media platforms & all possible channels to source passive candidates from target communities.
Core team member to execute Employer Value Preposition outside and to in Campuses.
Centre of excellence:
Provide Centre of Expertise support to Branches and Factories for hiring of junior level resources. Work in a consultative
model with HR Business Partners to build TA capability, guide & advice in recruitment delivery.
Establish systems and processes and innovative mythologies to optimize recruitment cost, map and improve Quality of hire.
Owner of hiring matrices for India (across levels).
Train HR BPs and Hiring Managers on hiring best talent.
Actively take part in creation of annual manpower budget exercise.
Update organization structure/charts and report to Sr. Management on monthly basis.
Personally source, screen and short list suitable profiles as per the open requirements at Managerial talent using all the
traditional, non-conventional, innovative and modern search methodologies.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and panel and doing regular follow-ups for the feedback. Post selection, ensure
timely releasing of offers to candidates and keeping them warm and ensuring their joining.
Regular Interaction with the hiring managers to understand the role requirement and emerging business & functional needs to
upgrade job descriptions.
Put systems and processes in place to review, refine and redesign talent acquisition systems & process with an objective of
bringing simplicity, standardization and result orientation.
Analyze the trends w.r.t. usage, efficiency and effectiveness of the current processes; seeks inputs and perspectives from
stakeholder on regular basis.
Implement Global suggested online recruitment tool in given timelines and with perfection.
Leverage Social Media, Direct Sourcing & headhunting, Employee Branding, Employee Referral Programs, Career Portals
and Mobile Optimization to counter risk of losing out on top talent.
TA Capability building:
Internal:
Assess and build internal & external capabilities for development and deployment of processes and methodologies aimed at
reducing cost and improving the quality of hires.
Integrate Company Behaviours/competencies in Talent Acquisition process as per Global guidelines. Conduct sessions for
HR BPs partners, Hiring Managers and Search partners to ensure implementation.
External:
Create a process to evaluate search partners with objective to upgrade their capability to attract best talent, constantly review
performance levels.
Create healthy mix of reasonable number of search partners basis their specialization, capacity, market reach, credibility,
approach, internal processes, result orientation and performance delivery. Review this process on annual basis.
Create candidate experience feedback process and feed in the information to Search Partners as well as internally to ensure
best experience for candidates. Organize reviews & feedback sessions on regular intervals to set right expectations, remove
obstacles and to ensure transparent and credible working relationships.
Review, redraft, standardize search partner contracts on annual basis

Masters / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, business administration or related field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the
general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization
exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software;
Internet software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
