Suitability/Potential for Teaching

Comment:

Rob has a pleasant manner with the students and they respond well to him.

I have concerns about the errors which Rob made while teaching. Our students are very pleasant
and I think he would have had serious problems with an awkward class.

His lesson preparation and attention to detail needs work especially the examples he does with
the students as he consistently made errors and then his explanations became confusing as he
was trying to clarify things in his ntown mind.

Overall,as long as he pays more attention to detail and clarity and ensures that he fully
understands the examples he is using, I don't foresee any serious problems.
