DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ROMEO G. JALOSJOS, of legal age, single, and a resident of Taguilon,

Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte, the authorized representative of
ROMGARJAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION through its Board Resolution
No. 14 S. 2017 as hereto attached and made an integral part hereof,
hereinafter referred to as the DONOR,

- and

SPOUSES GEORGE C. ASENIERO AND MARIA P. ASENIERO, of legal age,

married, and a resident of J. ASENIERO ST., LINABO, Dapitan City,
Zamboanga del Norte, hereinafter called the DONEES,

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the absolute owner and possessor of all parcels of land
developed by DAKAK GOLF CLUB, INC., and with the following boundaries:

A parcel of land(Lot 8778-A) od the subdivision plan, PSD: 09-

0139956, being a portion of Lot 8778, Pls-447, Dapitan Public Land Subdivision,
situated in the Barangay of Taguilon, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE., 1-
2, on the SW., line 2-3 by Mindanao Sea., on the NW., line 3-4, on the NE., lines
4-6-1 by Lot 8778-B of the subd. Plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan
being N.42 deg. 37W., 4606.16 m. from BLLM No.1, Pls-447. Thence
S. 37 deg. 59W., 141.57 m. to point 2;
N. 01 deg. 15W., 100.93 m. to point 3;
N. 23 deg. 52E.,29.22 m. to point 4;
S. 88 deg. 42E.,41.29 m. to point 5;
S. 62 deg. 48E., 22.67 m. to point 6;
S. 73 deg. 32E., 16.76 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of
FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINE (5,909) SQUARE METERS.

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the DONEE'S care and assistance to the
donor and as an act of gratitude and liberality on his part, the DONOR hereby
voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation, unto the
said DONEE, her assigns, 310 square meters of the above-mentioned property
as representing my share together with all the improvements found thereon
free from all liens and encumbrances hereof without any condition;

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive
his creditors, and that he has reserved for him sufficient funds and property;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in his favor
by the DONOR, and hereby manifests his gratefulness for the latter's
generosity.
