DEED OF SALE

(MOTOR VEHICLE)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract was made and entered into by and between the
following parties this ____ day of March, 2016:

(NAME OF VENDOR), of legal age, Filipino

citizen, with place of residence address
at___________________________ and hereinafter referred
to as VENDOR;

-and-

(NAME OF VENDEE), of legal age, Filipino and

with residence address
________________________________ referred to as
VENDEE;

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, VENDOR has (PROPERTY or PROPERTIES TO

BE SOLD), which is/are located at ____________________________;

WHEREAS, the VENDEE intends to buy the properties

belonging to the VENDOR,

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing

premises and covenants and undertakings hereinafter set forth,
parties hereto have agreed as follows:

1. That for and in consideration of the sum of

in hand paid by the VENDEE, VENDOR hereby acknowledges
receipt thereby and hereby sell, cede, transfer and convey unto
the VENDEE the property described as follows:

 2. That the VENDEE may demand
possession/custody of the said property from the VENDOR
provided that the Official Receipt of its payment shall be
presented to the Disposal Committee; Provided further, that the
VENDEE has already effected the transfer in its name the
registration of the said vehicle with the Land Transportation
Office and/or other government agency and proof thereof shall
be presented to the Disposal Committee.

3. That the VENDEE shall remove/pull-out the

said vehicles from receipt of notice of approval from the
TIEZA/VENDOR after the VENDEE has complied with the
aforestated payment and registration requirements;

4. That should the VENDEE failed to pull-

out/remove the said vehicle, the TIEZA/VENDOR shall not be
liable to whatever damage or destruction to the said vehicles;

5. The TIEZA/VENDOR further declares that the

above described unserviceable vehicles are free from liens and
encumbrances and warrants ownership from any claims
whatsoever,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have here unto set their
