Customer Advocacy group:

At Brillio, we are focused on a highly consultative approach to problem solving and even our client acquisition
approach is consultative in nature rather than force-fitting an existing canned solution. The CAG consultants
lead this effort on behalf of Brillio and partner with the global sales / account management teams, along with
different practice teams to engage with the customers right from creating an opportunity to ideating with
together with the clients to then successfully overseeing the delivery of the promised solution. The team is
vertically aligned across CPR/Retail/Lifesciences, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities and Technology.)

What are the expectations from the role?


Drive growth for Brillio within existing clients as well as new prospects in the Energy and utilities domain in
partnership with market facing teams & service lines, through customer-centric solutioning, leading pre-
sales/strategic pursuits, driving product/offering ideation, account planning & management and being the
voice of the customer stakeholders within Brillio to ensure a superior level of customer experience.

The career path for this role would be to progress be part of Brillio s market facing growth organization across
our global regions of focus as a member of Brillio s account managers/client partners, strategic program
leaders, field sales and other key client facing leadership roles.

The role requires the individual to always stay ahead of the curve in terms of the understanding of the
industry, its dynamics, key innovations and disruptions, impact/potential impact on customers and be able to
connect the dots for them through Brillio s suite of offerings.

Needless to say, ability to work within teams, across functions/service lines in an environment of high degree
of ownership for the outcome & responsiveness is a critical element of this role.

What is the experience required?


Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience preference of previous client-facing role experience with
high degree of ownership

What are the competencies required?

Good understanding of Energy and utilities domain across functions


Understanding and appreciation of pre-sales / running sales pursuits
Orientation, if not understanding of the underlying commercial models/pricing of various types of
engagements
Ability to create relevance for Brillio to the clients through tailored value proposition built upon
industry/function understanding
Must be keen on spending time in the market to better appreciate client challenges and opportunities
and feed that back to internal teams
Clearly and assertively communicate internally and externally to drive outcomes
Own & run strategic pursuits end-to-end in collaboration with sales and technology teams
Understanding and appreciation of the technology landscape supporting Energy and utilities domain
companies, including technology implementation lifecycle, processes etc.

The primary measure of success for this role will be the impact on Brillios growth and customer experience.
