INTRODUCCION
The dogma of the Greek word meaning the doctrine of opinion, dogmatism is a
philosophical current that has as a tendency some principles of absolute form
without admitting questioning. The dogmatism that would also come in the
personality trait of the consumer that measures the degree of rigidity that shows
the stranger and any information that contradicts their beliefs of each person. A
person of high dogmatism approaches that which is not familiar, adopting a
defensive attitude and with a high level of discomfort and uncertainty. Consumers
with low dogmatism are more likely to prefer innovative products rather than
established or traditional alternatives, as opposed to consumers with high
dogmatism that a closed-minded child is more likely to choose alternatives for
products they do not know. This is very important for the company that seek to
convince all its customers that is why they perform or exist advertising in the use
of celebrities to improve the decision of consumers who have high dogmatism.
