Replace 12 Corroded Oil Line from M-310 to V-460
Status: Scaffolding erection still in progress, planning to be completed in 3
days. Theres no activity on 1st January 2009.
Remaining: After scaffolding completed continued with stringing pipe
spool, fit up, double joint, radiography inspection, and tie in (after spading
and flushing).
Notes: Due to revision, 1 pcs spool still in fabrication progress. TOP for this
item not yet received from CPA/PRD/PRO.
Time of Activity: 27 November until now.

Replace 12 Corroded Oil Line From M-319 to V-470
Status: The job was completed on 27 December 2008. Vessel already put
on services on 25 December 2008, then continued with top coat painting
due to lack thickness of line pipe as per INS recommendation.
Remaining: NIL
Time of Activity: 17-27 November 2008

Replace Heavy Corroded 10 Spool Gas Outlet V-450
Status: Hot bolting started on 27 December 2008, all bolts and nuts
already in severe corrosion condition. 2 pcs spool at upstream and
downstream of PCV-450 already replaced, and then vessel put on service
again on 31 December 2008 (21.30 LT) after leak test completed.
Remaining: Replace 3 pcs existing U-bolt
Time of activity: Started on 27 December 2008
