(What do you hope to learn? Make sure it is not straightforward/simple. Look at the rubric.)

- We want to learn about how these historical figures were involving in Glorious revolution
because in the information that I have found from the glorious revolution didnt even mention
them. Some of the historical figures were French but this is Englands revolution?
- Why people revolt against James II?
- How those historical figures influenced the life and thought of people in glorious revolution?
- How the ideologies/movement related to the revolution and historical figures?
- How can we applied the obstacles we have learned from glorious revolution to our life?

Product Description:
(Make sure it is clear what the product will look like, what it will include, and how it will be
organized.)

In our product, we will create a video that contains cartoon pictures which will explain each
situation in the glorious revolution from the very start. The picture will be drawn by us. Then to
make the video we will move the camera from one picture to another while explaining each
situation. The pictures will make the audience understand the situations easily. Moreover, the
video will include the conflict in England which linked to the revolution. Chosen historical
figures will also be described in the video and show the relationships between them, the
revolution, and ideologies/movement and the question in the research question will be answer
in the video. The video will also have a description as an audio and put on subtitle while it
plays for people to listen and read.

How the product demonstrates the connection between your selected topics and the
goals/essential understandings of this unit:
The class goal of this unit is to understand the fall of Rome leading to dark ages and the
resistance of feudalism lead to the revolution. From the fall of Rome leading to dark ages was
because holy war. The power of Christianity was spread to much so the war begin. As a
result, glorious revolution was also about the king who wanted to believed in Christianity and
also wanted to expanded it too much. Thus, people started to protest and that become the
revolution.
(What ESLOs does your project relate to and how?)
INNOVATIVE THINKER is what our project related to. In our product, we have to build up on
ideas starting with the questions of what we want to know from glorious revolution. We have
to think of the questions that are challenging and not too simple. We also have to build on
ideas about how our product will look like which it should be interesting, creative, and easy for
understanding. Our product require the skill of using technologies to make our video which will
be a high quality product. Moreover, we have to explain relationships between the revolution,
historical figures, and ideologies/movement in a reasonable way. By drawing pictures we have
to use our creativity to create the pictures that can explain the situations clearly.

VARK Learning Strategies:

(What is your individual VARK learning style and how do you plan to do your research based on
the style?)

Mill - I am good at read/write learning style because when I write for reviewing the lesson, it
helps me to remember the information easily. http://www.encyclopedia.com/history/modern-
europe/british-and-irish-history/glorious-revolution is a good website for me to start reading all
the information. Moreover, I have to organized the information before writing it down on my
note. Beyond that, I can use it to help me with reviewing and organizing by using mind map.
Also, I like to reread things that I don't understand at first but if I reread it, I will understand
more. So I will reread all of my notes again and again to have more understanding about the
glorious revolution. Moreover, I can use this skill to organize the mind map about the glorious
revolution to conclude all the things that I need to know and make sure that it os easy to
understand when others come to see my working process.

Miu - From doing VARK survey, my best learning style is Auditory Learning Style. So I will
watch the videos on youtube that will tell the story about glorious revolution and then write
down all the timeline and keywords. For instance, I am going to use https://www.youtube.com/
watch?v=BLoiwdtFYvQ as one of the youtube video. In addition, timeline will help me pictured
all the things in the revolution. I will write the timeline and in an organized way, so the next
time I come and read the note, I can understand it easily. The next Learning style that I am
also good with are Read/Write Learning Style and Kinesthetics Learning Style. I got the same
score on those two learning style which I will also read articles about the revolution and
historical figures. Moreover, I will use mind map to connect the relationship between the whole
glorious revolution.

Bible - My best VARK is Auditory Learning. I will read a lot of articles and watch a lot of related
videos from youtube or reliable sources. For example, I will start with this video, https://
www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmAm5GVx5v8. After that I will summarize the videos in bullet
point. I will learn best from reading and watching. After that, I will record the key information
that I got. The second VARK for me is Kinesthetic Learning Style. So, I will discuss with my
group members to know others opinion and decided before do the work to have the best idea
because it will make me more active while talking with others and it is good to have new
environment of workplace. However, I will start with finding the information until I got enough,
then share with other members to decide the most accurate information.
