1. How will the teachers transfer knowledge to the learners?

Ans. Teachers will understand what conditions are needed for knowledge
and skills learned in one context to be retrieved and applied to a new situation.
Teachers will develop ideas about how to facilitate transfer in their own
classrooms and how to build bridges for their students between concepts,
activities, and lessons. Transfer is the ability to extend what one has learned in
one context to new contexts. In some sense, the whole point of school learning is
to be able to transfer what is learned to a wide variety of contexts outside of
school. Yet the ability to transfer information or ideas is not a given. Quite often,
information learned in a specific way, or in a particular context, does not transfer
to another.

2. Why the teacher should plan for an effective teaching learning

process?
Ans. Teaching is a complex activity that involves careful preparation and
planning objectives and activities on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis. In
addition, long-term planning ensures coverage of curriculum across a marking
period, semester, and year. Further, effective educators demonstrate high
expectations for students and select strategies to propel the students' learning.
Beyond planning and preparation of materials, effective organizing for instruction
also involves the development of a conscious orientation toward teaching and
learning as the central focus of classroom activity. Teaching and learning as a
focus must be consistently communicated to students in the classroom and to
observers.

3. How will the teacher measure the learning of a student with three
domains?
Ans. Learning is not an event. It is a process. It is the continual growth and
change in the brain's architecture that results from the many ways we take in
information, process it, connect it, catalogue it, and use it (and sometimes get rid
of it).
Cognitive
Discuss the Course Description, Goals and Objectives of each
Language Subject clearly.

Affective
Value the importance of Language Subject.

Psychomotor
Demonstrate the expected Learning for each grade/year level.

1. How will the teachers transfer knowledge to the learners?

Ans. One possible reason for this is that memory is context dependent, so
transferring or recalling something that was learned in a classroom setting to a
fast-paced work environment isnt always easy. Once you understand how to go
about transferring your knowledge to new contexts, however, you could change
jobs or even careers and still find ways to apply your prior knowledge to the
situations and problems you might face in a new role.

2. Why the teacher should plan for an effective teaching learning

process?
Ans. Good lesson planning is essential to the process of teaching and
learning. A teacher who is prepared is well on his/her way to a successful
instructional experience. The development of interesting lessons takes a great
deal of time and effort. As a new teacher you must be committed to spending the
necessary time in this endeavor. It is also important to realize that the best
planned lesson is worthless if interesting delivery procedures, along with good
classroom management techniques, are not in evidence.

1. How will the teachers transfer knowledge to the learners?

Ans. Model is the most hands on phase for you as a teacher. This is when
you model, instruct and scaffold the most. Like a football coach, you will need to
provide demonstration of skills and clear directions for your students. The
students are mainly observing or taking notes at this point. It should be noted that
the majority of your teaching happens here, but it should not take up the majority
of your classroom time! Aim to have this stage take 25-40% of your instructional
time, leaving the rest for the following areas.

2. Why the teacher should plan for an effective teaching learning

process?
Ans. To be effective, the lesson plan does not have to be an exhaustive
document that describes each and every possible classroom scenario. Nor does
it have to anticipate each and every students response or question. Instead, it
should provide you with a general outline of your teaching goals, learning
objectives, and means to accomplish them. It is a reminder of what you want to
do and how you want to do it. A productive lesson is not one in which everything
goes exactly as planned, but one in which both students and instructor learn from
each other.

1. How will the teachers transfer knowledge to the learners?

Ans. Transfer of learning is the term used to describe applying what one
has learned in a particular situation to another in a different context. This kind of
extension could take place during a school year within an individual class when
applying what is learned about one problem to another, to different and future
classes, to home situations, and to a workplace situation (now and in the future) .
Researchers suggest that the pressure of high-stakes standardized tests does
not support or encourage teachers to prioritize reinforcing this practice. This lack
of support is ironic since a good case can be made that transfer is the primary
purpose of schooling. We want our students to be able to apply the knowledge
and skills they learn with us to other challenges inside and outside of school.

2. Why the teacher should plan for an effective teaching learning

process?
Ans. Effective planning and preparation are essential in maximizing
student learning time. Too many teachers under-plan and find themselves with
nothing to do for the last few minutes of class. Teachers should get in the habit of
over-planning too much is always better than not enough. In addition, teachers
should always have their materials laid out and ready to go before students
arrive. Another importantand often overlookedcomponent of planning and
preparation is practice.

1. How will the teachers transfer knowledge to the learners?

Ans. Teachers give examples related to transfer of learning in art, every
teacher notices similar things happening. Transfer is at the core of creative
thinking in every area. Facile transfer is a key ingredient in imagination.
Imagination comes from minds that have fussy or leaky boundaries. These
minds allow searches to flow between categories until relevant knowledge and
creative ideas are discovered or invented. These minds expect to look beyond
the typically mundane immediate instructions.

2. Why the teacher should plan for an effective teaching learning

process?
Ans. Lesson planning ought not to be the special responsibility of trainee
teachers but, rather, a hallmark of the professionalism of all teachers. Lesson
planning is at the very essence of reflexivity conceming the fundamental
questions of what the teacher intends that the pupils should leam and how this is
to be achieved. Experienced teachers sometimes claim that they do not plan
lessons; what they probably mean is that they do not write their plans down but
rather draw on their mental computerized bank of lesson units, a store of wisdom
held in the memory on account of familiarity and regular usage. There are
pragmatic considerations too. School learning time is precious and all too short,
the time allocated for modem foreign language learning not always generous.
