practice literature review highlighting the reasons for the change as well as
evidence supporting staff engagement in change, the influence of staff
members' experience and tenor in accepting such changes as well as
strategies to optimize staff engagement.

*Information management and technology Met Michelle kept an organized portfolio on this project, one stop efficient access
to the all her research, data, key concepts etc. It was a great model for project
management
*HR, financial, strategic & marketing Met Michelle understood the HR impacts of change, what fears may motivate
management resistance to the changes.
Michelle clearly articulated the strategic benefit of LOS reduction, particularly
ICU LOS reduction. She recognized the risk of loss of competitive advantage
should goals not be met.
Marketing management was demonstrated by Michelle's communication with
staff regarding the survey she conducted, the possibilities with the project
based on the staff input as well as her interviews with stakeholders.
